We have a copy of your press release in relation to your planned protest of the mining deaths in West Virginia. We are requesting some information if you plan to protest here. Do you plan to protest on private or public property? If you are going to be inside city limits have you applied for the proper permits. We are requesting these answers so we may properly plan this event as well as for the safety of everyone involved.

Dear Deputy Chief –
It has come to our attention that Obama and Biden are planning on being the religious leaders at the memorial for the 29 miners that is scheduled for Sunday, April 25 at 3:30pm.
We intend to have a team on the ground in that area because the eyes, ears, hearts, minds and thoughts of at least this nation are on this work of God!
The servants of God from WBC have wisdom that can only come from a daily searching of the Word of God. This nation has a famine in the land pursuant to this prophesy of Amos, to wit:
“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD.” Amos 8:11
We saw the images of the brutish people that took the position when we were in WV earlier this month, and in the wake of that event, and they presented themselves in Charleston where we were picketing. They are lawless and they clearly intend to do whatever they are permitted to get away with. When the officers on the ground did their job, the brutes behaved. When they did not, the brutes did not.
There is no better place in this world that we can deliver a timely message to this generation to connect the dots from the deliberate disobedience of this nation to the plain commandments of God to God’s promised recompense for that activity.
I reach out to you, because you wrote when we were trying to get arms around how to handle this matter in light of our scheduled trip.
The rebellious leader of Doomed america is planning on turning this event into a national day to worship the dead miners. God has specifically warned against such action at such an hour as this. He gave an example for our learning in these last hours of the last days and he said in the New Testament that we had better heed these warnings and these examples and don’t do what these people did. One of the many places is here, where God begins this discussion telling Jeremiah not to even take a wife because of the destruction that was coming on to that nation for doing EXACLTY what this nation has done!
“The word of the LORD came also unto me, saying, Thou shalt not take thee a wife, neither shalt thou have sons or daughters in this place. For thus saith the LORD concerning the sons and concerning the daughters that are born in this place, and concerning their mothers that bare them, and concerning their fathers that begat them in this land; They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth. For thus saith the LORD, Enter not into the house of mourning, neither go to lament nor bemoan them: for I have taken away my peace from this people, saith the LORD, even lovingkindness and mercies. Both the great and the small shall die in this land: they shall not be buried, neither shall men lament for them, nor cut themselves, nor make themselves bald for them: Neither shall men tear themselves for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead; neither shall men give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother. Deputy Chief, I am NOT trying to convince you that you should believe the Bible or agree with or like what we are doing, and this nation is currently pitching a fit because of our faithful words and insistence on saying them where it counts. But we do that, because we are clearly warned that if we fail to deliver this warning when God has set his hand against this nation, and people die in their sin, that God will require an accounting of their blood from our hand! See the words that we find and that we believe and we live by and we try with every fiber of our being to convince our fellow countrymen to do, to remove the smiting rod of God from off their back!
“Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.” Ezekiel 33:1-9
These words of God are good for all people in all times and all places and not one word of God will change or diminish or go away. We understand that this nations destruction is imminent. But our job does not change!
So I write to implore you to consider that in this earth, if your Law Enforcement Agency is the Agency that covers Beckley, WV, than you are the agency that God has charged with keeping the oath to make the way for our little team to stand peacefully with the words on the signs and on a public right of way.
If you are not the Law Enforcement Agency on the ground that we should be dealing with, if you would forward this email to them, and let me know who it is, we will work with them.
Meanwhile, we have reviewed the Satellite images and have a proposed location that we would agree to stay that should be agreeable with all, if you would work with us.
