Subject: Demonination Question
Hi, my name is Mindy and I am from Georgia. I am a southern Bapist and in hopes of becoming a preacher one day I am currently taking a reglion course in college and have decided to do a report on Westboro Bapist Church. The Bapist church I belong to has mentioned that
because of the way your church attempts to spread the word of god, A widespread belief of a majority of Bapist Churches in the south that is you are not a church let alone a Bapist Church and are more of a cult. I however, would not say you are a cult, based of what I’ve read on your website, but I do wonder what it is that your church hopes to accomplish by the way it attempts to spread the message of the word of God and if you feel the media’s portrayl of you has caused more people to want to become Christians or has possibly turned prospective Christians away. I agree that a lot of what you say (about how homosexuality is wrong, etc, etc) is in fact stated in the scrupture but I do not understand how your church picketts
funerals of military soliders to try and alert people that homosexual people can not go to heaven. How does one thing have to do with another? Wouldnt you want to protest at a Gay Pride Parade or something where homosexual people would be at? What if theres no homosexual people at the funeral you are protesting, what does protesting accomplish? Overall I do not completely disagree with all of your views, but have a lack of understanding as to how your actions relate to your cause. I’m sure you are loaded with tons of e-mails everyday, and doubt you will be able to respond, but on the chance you do, thank you for your time and Gob Bless.

No woman preachers! No woman pastors! Why would you seek to do that which God has forbidden? The Southern Baptists have taught you rebellion against the standard of God or you would not even consider such folly.
“In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.” 1 Timothy 2:9-12
We have been and will continue to preach and warn at pride parades (where they flaunt their filth and the world embraces them); churches (where they lie on God saying, “God loves everybody” and “It’s okay to be gay”); schools (where teachers teach rebellion to the youth); and funerals (where we connect the dots for you in that God repays you for your disobedience by killing the offspring of those that rebel). Those funerals are where the nation is preaching that person into heaven when all clear spiritual understanding speaks otherwise. This nation is full of self-willed and impudent people thinking that they can live like the devil himself and demand God give them salvation. What vile crap!
God killeth and God keepeth alive and there is NONE other with Him! It is God’s handiwork. He blesses the obedient and curses the disobedient. There is NO forgiveness without repentance – a concept not preached by churches today.
Dear child, it is NOT about what you agree with. It is about God’s standard and stripping away all lying notions preached to you that God serves you! He is the Creator and His creatures serve Him.
Time is sooooo short! Obeying His every Word and doing that joyfully is your only hope.
