KNUCKLEHEADS & SPECTACLES
Field Report: Washington, DC – January 14, 2011
When God is preparing to destroy a nation of people, He sends His servants to warn them – in an act of great kindness and mercy. Thus, for instance, Ezekiel was sent to warn the people of Judah – talking to their leaders – that they would be destroyed:
Ezekiel 3:
2 Son of man, set thy face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them,
3 And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your high places.
4 And your altars shall be desolate, and your images shall be broken: and I will cast down your slain men before your idols.
5 And I will lay the dead carcases of the children of Israel before their idols; and I will scatter your bones round about your altars.
6 In all your dwellingplaces the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate; that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your images may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.
7 And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
Thus the Lord sent His servants to Washington, D.C. to tell the mountains about the doom of this nation. The occasion was a memorial for deceased special envoy Richard Holbrooke. As one media outlet described it:
US and world leaders…gathered to honour Richard Holbrooke, the veteran US diplomat who died last month at 69. …
Mourners in Washington include Mr Obama, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The plush red seats of Washington’s elegant Kennedy Center were filled to capacity with officials, friends and fellow travellers of Richard Holbrooke.
Former US Secretaries of State and Defence mingled with European foreign ministers and young diplomats who had worked until the end with the veteran diplomat.
Warmth tinged with sadness permeated the gathering. Fourteen people sat in a row on the stage, ranging from US President Barack Obama to Mr. Holbrooke’s wife, Kati Marton [ed. note: they mean “adultery-partner”-she was his third “wife”], to former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan.

God took the life of this man to set this stage for His servants to tell the nations that america is doomed; President Obama is The Beast of Rev. 13+; and that the wages of sin – without repentance born of grace and mercy – is death (final destruction, hell!). We could not have written this script – like little children trusting a parent we trust The Living God to answer our knock on the door (Mt. 7:7) and give us great gifts by opening these doors of utterance for His Glory! ([1] Little children don’t have the big picture; parents do. [2] What greater gift could there be for the saints who are addicted to the picketing ministry than a giant-Mac-daddy-sized door of utterance full of kings of the earth being opened by He Who Holds the Keys And Alone Can Open It?!)
The scene of the picket was a busy intersection, across from Watergate Apartments, with substantial traffic, foot and vehicle. The dignitaries – kings and princes of the earth of many stripes – came in the droves, the black cars getting larger, the sirens louder, and the escorts larger – my they do love pomp and circumstance in this nation/world. (Reminding your author of a beautiful line from one of our beautiful songs: “Your pomp has gone down to the grave; you’re going straight to hell.” Read more on that theme in Isaiah 14!) Many passers-by had comments – we’re constrained to report that none of them displayed a spirit of mourning, grace or supplication. Two were illustrative of the fact that God uses every creature to get His precepts into the airwaves.
Example 1: A man waved and hollered to the WBC picketers, “Knuckleheads!”
That means we have hard heads! God calls that a forehead of flint – and He gave one to the prophets Isaiah and Ezekiel – to withstand the anger/threats/raw-hatred of rebellious nations (by the names of Israel and Judah) to whom they were sent to testify. That’s good company right there!
Example 2: Three sashaying strumpets passed by, all a-buzz. One wants to take photos; others say “No!” Photo-suzie says: “Yes! They are out here making a spectacle of themselves – so I can take a picture.” Cha-ching; a-men; 10-4-good-buddy; word; true dat; and all that jazz! Here’s the passage:
1 Corinthians 4:
9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle [ed. note: this word is “theatron”-meaning a public assembly where a person is exhibited to be gazed at and made sport of] unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
The company just keeps getting better and better!
As if all this goodness was not enough – we then got to take our little 4-pack selves to the Islamic Center – where we felt major demon presence amongst the worshipers of pedophile-Mohammed (they want to kill you for stating that fact – fat chance when it’s God’s servant poopy pants!). From there we went to American University. This is a Methodist university where they brag about their large gay international student numbers. Gag! Shut up freaks! Hundreds came out to see the signs; major media mob presence to carry scores of words and photographs forth. Some students from AU were at the SCOTUS arguments on October 6 – and frankly quite whiny that we had not picketed them. So we closed that loop right up – because we love our fellow man and would not keep the Bread of Life from anyone! That’s how we roll!
After being asked over and over:
Q: Did you come here because of our large gay student population?
A: Every campus in doomed-america is full of fornicating students – boys, girls, potato, potahto – and one “gay student” is too many –
We thanked our God for this great epic adventure, packed up our precious seed, and headed home – twittering, meditating, chirping, hearts full of gladness and amazement at yet another strange and marvelous work done by Our God before our eyes.
Rejoice! Sing His Praise before the congregation and amongst the inhabitants of this cursed land!
