1) How did WBC get started, and why? Eastside Baptist Church began this mission work and the first service was November 27, 1955. I found that date on an article from the local paper that hangs in the church office. The purpose is to preach the Word of God!
2) What all do you picket, and why do you picket those things? Will you expand what you picket? Sin! We go everywhere that we see an issue and a forum and an audience to make a final call to a nation that is gasping in her final throws, before complete and total destruction swallows her up. We have expanded – we have had more than 44,000 pickets. We are lead by the living foundation of this Body, he is the Lord Jesus Christ, our Great King. He has charge of this operation, and we go where the spirit leads us. It works perfectly! It is amazing!
3) Why do you use the word fag compared to homosexual? Because it is a perfect and elegant metaphor. Of course you would know that a word that came into use after God destroyed Sodom would be a perfect word. Why mess with perfect? Homosexual on the other hand is a modern term that tidies up the YIKES of following the god of Sodom, etc.
4) Who all makes up the church? Its members as well as the operation of the church? Is it open to the public or is it just the Phelps family? The members. The members. Open to the public, generally our service is at 12noon. There are members that are not members of the Phelps family. Think of a Venn diagram. The Phelps family circle would partially intersect with the WBC members circle, as well as a tiny overlap with the Doomed american circle.
5) When was the first picket and why did it occur? Memorial Day, 1991, because of people having sex in a public park and the city with no will to put a stop to it.
6) Is it true that you do not celebrate holidays? If so why? We serve God. We don’t serve idols and that includes pagan festivals to worship the dead, the winter solstice and worse on that Christmas thing, the cupid sex mess, irish catholic raping priest mess, bunnies with eggs full of candy, exploding firecrackers to worship a nation who is in the run-up to her final destruction, etc., etc., all, in the name of God. 7) When you picket groups, or people, you take children along with you, correct? Do you ever worry about safety? NO! The God that created them keeps them safe, or they would not be safe. Almost 20 years we have raised our children before the face of this rebellious and filthy and violent nation, and they have never been harmed!
8) How many days a week is the church active? EVERY day! EVERY SINGLE DAY for almost 20 years, we have stood on the mean streets of Doomed america with a simple warning from God! Now, we see the fruit of our labor, your destruction is imminent!
9) In my paper, I am to write, I have talk about Language, Ritual, Artifact, and Space for your group, Is there anything in particular that falls into one of those categories that I have not asked? If so, would you please tell me about them? The Bible!
