Why? Because We’re Commanded To!

God Loves His Elect

WBC-

Questions that I would like cleared up if you do not mind:

1: Why do you protest the way you do? There are many different ways of going about and spreading the Word of God, why protest that spur other to anger?

I don’t understand your question. We put words on signs and hoist them in the air. There aren’t many alternatives to peaceful protesting besides that.  Shall we levitate our signs with our secret mind powers?

If, however, you mean why do we put the clear commandments and judgments of God taken from the scriptures and accurately apply them to the situation on the ground (called rightly dividing the word of truth and discerning the signs of the times), preaching these words of life and health to as many people as is humanly possible, thereby complying with the second greatest commandment (to love thy neighbor as thyself) and keeping your blood off of our hands? Well, it’s because we’re commanded to.

2: Why is it that Jesus ate with the sinners and tax collectors and didn’t actively condemn them for their sins is Mark 3:13-17

Who was he supposed to eat with? There was and is no human on this earth that is not a sinner. That being said, those that he ate with were chosen, sanctified, ordained to eternal life to believe on God, to seek His Christ (the only way to salvation), to be given the gift of repentance (because there is NO forgiveness without repentance), and to not chase their sin and their lust and their false gods. Jesus Christ didn’t eat with and comfort everyone, and He sure didn’t coddle His elect in their sins; He said “go and sin no more.” (John 8:11) He was the world’s greatest preacher of predestination, election, and reprobation (read one of His famous sermons at John 14-17 or get over to Mark 4). Here’s a few excerpts:

John 15: 6  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.16  Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. John 17:14 [Father] I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.15  I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16  They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 ¶  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

And let’s not forget Matthew 25:31-46 about the Son of Man, when returning in power and glory, separating the righteous (who will go into life eternal) from everyone else (who will go to everlasting punishment).

3: What do you say about 1 John 4:1-3 particularly "Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God."?

I say that passage is a perfect representation of the doctrine of election and reprobation. There are some people that serve God in spirit and truth and there are some that are false prophets, who lie on God, and are the antithesis of Christ (sons of the devil, who hate God). And the true servants of God are suppose to “try them” – that means “figure out if they serve God, or if they just say that they serve God, when in reality, they’re liars.” Now here is the King James version (which is the most accurate translation, and true to the source material) of that verse that you call into question:

1John 4:2 2  Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

You do know that the devils confess that Jesus Christ is God, right? (Acts 19:13-17) You can confess that Christ is God and that he came in the flesh, but you can still be destitute of grace.

4: And why doesn’t God love everyone if 1 John 4:7-12 it tells us that "…God is love." and in many different places in these verses it say the same thing?

You pervert that good passage when you try to make that say that God loves everyone. God IS love. He fixes his love on a small remnant (Romans 11:5) of people that love Him back, and that love their fellow man. He also has many other attributes:

Hate: Ro 9:13  As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Jealous: Deuteronomy 6:14  Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you; 15  (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth. 16  Ye shall not tempt the LORD your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.

Judgmental, good, longsuffering, just, wrathful: Romans 2:4  Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? 5  But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; 6  Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

5: If "…all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" as Romans 3:23 tells us, why can’t gay people be forgiven for their sins of the flesh but you and I can be forgiven of any of our sins?

Let’s not get sloppy, now, please and thank you. If you are not one of those that God loves, and has predestinated to be conformed to the image of His son, and have been given eyes that see, ears to hear, and a heart to understand – you can never repent (Matthew 13:1-30). That’s a gift of God, given to whom HE chooses.

Romans 9:15  For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.16  So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Now, in the case of a proud, practicing fag – you have this set of verses say so clearly that they are GIVEN UP. Three times it says that. And if God has given them up – they have no hope of salvation – because salvation is of Him. You see, fags are just the bottom rung on the depravity chain; but you don’t get to a place where a society is glorifying their filth and touting the big lie that it’s okay to be gay if your society isn’t steeped in institutionalized sin from top to bottom, corner to corner. Read and understand:

Romans 1:18  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;19 ¶  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

These are just a few questions I have but I am running out of time at the moment, I have a lecture to give. Thank you for your time in answering these. And please do not think I am harassing you in any way my intentions are to understand. Thank you again.
