Letter to Editor: The Daily Journal of San Mateo County
Ms. Durand –
I write in response to your piece “Hillsdale High draws church’s shameful ire” appearing in your paper March 23, 2010.
The word of God is not shameful! What is shameful is that the adults at Hillsdale High are promoting sodomy! They have joined hands with the parents and lying preachers with ONE VOICE to teach this generation that God is a liar – that what God calls an abomination (Lev. 18:22) is instead an innocent alternative lifestyle to be embraced and explored to its fullest. You have taught your children to be proud sinners before God!
“Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.” Proverbs 16:5
Your children are entitled to some truth! The homosexual lifestyle will destroy the body, damn the soul to hell, and destroy the nation. You refuse to tell them this so you can justify your own sins. You hate these children, or you would tell them the truth. Their blood is on your hands.
So, why are the prophets of God from Westboro Baptist Church traveling to the Peninsula again? We have been sent by the God of Eternity to warn you to flee the wrath to come! It may be that you will hear and save yourself from this untoward generation. Most likely, you will not hear and condemn yourself. No matter, our duty is the same – cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet and show Doomed america her sins (Isaiah 58:1). Your children’s blood will not be on our hands. Praise God!
