Christ Has Already Defeated the Evil Principalities of the Air

Ezekiel 24
1 ¶ Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, write thee the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.
3 And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, set it on, and also pour water into it:
4 Gather the pieces thereof into it, even every good piece, the thigh, and the shoulder; fill it with the choice bones.
5 Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the bones under it, and make it boil well, and let them seethe the bones of it therein.
6 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city, to the pot whose scum is therein, and whose scum is not gone out of it! bring it out piece by piece; let no lot fall upon it.
7 For her blood is in the midst of her; she set it upon the top of a rock; she poured it not upon the ground, to cover it with dust;
8 That it might cause fury to come up to take vengeance; I have set her blood upon the top of a rock, that it should not be covered.
9 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.
10 Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.
11 Then set it empty upon the coals thereof, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be molten in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.
12 She hath wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.
13 In thy filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon thee.
14 I the LORD have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to thy ways, and according to thy doings, shall they judge thee, saith the Lord GOD.
The word “scum” in verses 6, 11 and 12, is chelah, from chala which means sick and diseased. Chicago is a city of sick, diseased scum. It is the perfect city to produce Barack “The Beast” Obama.
Beast Obama was raised in the cesspool that makes up this cursed doomed world today. He is the product of a bizarre conglomeration of teachings from the adults around him – how to live like a whore; how to defy God with vain imaginations; the profane teachings of the Muslims, whose founder is a pedophile; and how to worship the creature more than the Creator who is blessed forever, by propping up a black version of Jesus and bowing down to their blackness, in utter disregard of the fact that at its roots it was a curse from God! (Read the story of Noah and his rebellious son Ham, and his progeny, blind doomed earth dwellers, americans and chicagoans. The wrath of God is abiding on this land!)
Beast Obama knows from his world travels, and his exposure to many cultures and climes, that this entire world is sitting in Satan’s lap, and never cracks a Bible. He knows he has full liberty to wrench, twist and pervert the Scriptures as much as he needs to in order to build his world empire.
Beast Obama grew up in a city notorious for its political corruption and Midwestern-style decadence and hedonism. Chicago is the third-largest city in doomed america, and claims to be the “Second City” when it comes to culture. (“Culture” is a buzz word today for proudly wallowing in a filthy manner of life, then memorializing that filth for all mankind to fawn over.) But what Chicago is best known for is its corruption. Think former Illinois Gov. George Ryan, current Governor Rod Blagojevich, Antoin “Tony” Rezko, the so-called Gray Wolves of the City Council (well known for taking bribes), Al Capone, Richard Daley II, Robert Cooley, Pat Marcy, Judge Frank Wilson, and Michael Cassius McDonald, alleged creator of the city’s first political machine. Between 1995 and 2004, 469 politicians from Chicago were convicted of crimes (see Engber, Daniel, “Why is Chicago so Corrupt?” Slate, 9/8/06, http://www.slate.com/id/2149240/).
So of course Obama would go to this corrupt city to form his power base to launch his world leadership; to change times and laws; and to build his army-against-God. In Chicago he fine-tuned the skill of synthesizing the lies of various human philosophies and sprinkle in a few snippets from the Bible, to come forth with a dark-sentence-laden and altogether pleasing message for the masses. He is full of great words against the Most High, and upon his heads is the name of blasphemy. He is sneaky and perverse, and Chicago is the perfect city for him to call home. It is a city of animals, ready to be led by the Beast.
Thus the witnesses of God – wearing the mantle of the righteousness of Christ, who has spoiled principalities and powers and made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them (Col. 2:15) – must spend some time in Chicago giving their testimony. Six witnesses traveled to Chicago on December 13, 2008, where they saw the toxic mixture of corrupt law enforcement, proud consumers-on-parade, and furious feces-eating fags. What a sight!
Here are a few highlights:
• At the first picket – where some high-school-age fags were being encouraged to congregate around some sporting event, which was just a thinly disguised opportunity for them to wallow in their filth, having been thusly encouraged by every adult around them, all of whom singularly and collectively hate these children – a couple of corrupt cops conjured up a ticket – which they later had to retract – pretending the witnesses were parked illegally. That was after listening to several robust renditions of Santa Claus Will Take you to Hell by the witnesses. You’d think they’d be thankful for someone to finally state the obvious on that matter! ;D
• At the second picket – outside the Mexican consulate where hopefully they spend lots of time looking at www.priestsrapeboys.com, as the raping priests are the #1 idol of the pagan of Mexico – an openly dyke police officer tried to harass the witnesses, demanding to know what they were protesting, and pretending to write it down. (If a person could get her hands on the notepad the dyke cop scribbled on with hands trembling in rage, it would say, “I hate God. I hate God. I hate God.” :yes:
• At the third picket – on the scene of Obama’s transition team, where he thinks he’s in charge and is making great plans for how he is going to usher doomed america to her final destruction, with lots of fags, enablers and other forms of perverts surrounding his arrogant ignorant headed-for-perdition butt – there were huge throngs of shoppers. These people are headed for destruction, teetering on financial ruin every day; you’d think they’d be a little bit afraid at this hour, and perhaps consider humbling themselves before God. Oh no! They strut about with their phony holiday jabber, looking for false bargains, living in a world of dreams and delusions. So imagine what a bubble-popping experience it was for them to see, America is Doomed, Beast Obama, God Hates the World, Mourn for Your Sins, Fags Doom Nations, and similar sentiment on the testifying-signs of the witnesses!
• The last picket was outside a police station, down the block from a fag hangout. The fags had an event that day – they love events – whereby they hoped to further strong-arm the corrupt politicians of the Obama Beast Machine into giving them more of the government platform and seal-of-approval and power to enable their filth. The fags will never be satisfied. The sooner the Obama Beast Machine comes to terms with that fact, the better that relationship will go. Shortly the fags came down the block – where they claimed they were protecting their building from the witnesses, though they left the building hanging in the wind and utterly exposed 88| – for to harass the witnesses. They surrounded them screaming in rage; some of them crying like little girls. One of the witnesses found convenient use of their filthy fag flags as a viable substitute for Kleenex. The police were totally outmanned. Well, that’s an oxymoron I confess. In reality they were out-girled by the fags. After the witnesses testified, standing firmly in place as the beasts raged, the police were getting scared, so they told the witnesses to come into the police station. Inside the witnesses found a red-faced guilty guy in charge; a couple of punks sitting behind the counter, one with a fag-smirk on his face, the other playing with his yo yo – literally; and one round-faced fellow (who had lumbered around outside for a bit), trying to persuade the youngest witness that she should participate in the Christmas festivities; he couldn’t stand it when she turned from him in horror, instinctively realizing in spite of his manic smile and chants pretending to be cheerful, that in fact he was a demon-possessed crazed brute.
This adventure underscored and reaffirmed that Chicago is a corrupt city in every respect, and will be the new capital of the world under Beast Obama’s reign. There are a lot of people in Chicago, and there is a lot of earthly power and dominion in that city. This puts your humble writer in mind of the passages in the Bible about the principalities. You realize as you stand on the streets of this evil city that the air is virtually crackling with the energy of the principalities of the air.
So let us make mention of the principalities of the air. Distinguish between principalities on earth (Colossians 1:16; Titus 3:1), the principalities which are the angels (Ephesians 3:10), and the evil principalities whom Christ spoiled by redeeming his people (Colossians 2:15).
(An interesting side note about Jonathan Edwards’ words on Ephesians 3:10, to wit: “To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places, might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God”: One end of God on revealing his design or contrivance for redemption, as he hath so fully and gloriously done by Jesus Christ, is that the angels in heaven may behold the glory of his wisdom by it. … The time when this display of the wisdom of God was especially made to the angels is, when Christ introduced the gospel dispensation … [w]hen Christ came into the world and died, and actually performed the work of redemption … then the angels understood more of the mystery of man’s redemption. The medium by which the angels come by this knowledge … the church – “That now unto principalities – might be known” by the church, i.e., by the things they see done in the church or toward the church, and by what they see concerning the church. )
Obama and his ragtag team think they are in charge; of a truth they are the opposite, and are doing nothing but carrying out the will of Satan in trying his final run at Christ and his Bride, the church. When we are out boldly speaking in the name of our King, in these doors of utterance, we are battling the principalities, powers and rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places, to wit:
Ephesians 6:
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
This word “principalities” is arche, and means beginning, principality, corner, first, origin, the person or thing that commences, the first person or thing in a series, the leader, that by which anything begins to be, the extremity of the thing, the first place, principality, rule, magistracy. This all started with Satan and his fallen angels trying to oppose God, his Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost, and it will end that way – we are just happy warriors along the way.
And Christ has already defeated these principalities, which is why they are so angry.
Ephesians 1:
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us–ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
(You see, by the way, what a great blasphemy it is for Satan’s brats to constantly mindlessly fling out the words, “he is not willing that any should perish,” in a reckless reference to 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us–ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. It is only to the us-ward who believe who have the eyes of their understanding enlightened about what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward which God wrought in Christ. The passage does not pertain to Satan’s rat-brats.)
Colossians 1:
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Colossians 2:
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
John Gill on Colossians 2:15: Principalities of hell, the infernal powers of darkness, the devil that had the power of death, the accuser of the brethren, who often objected their debts, with all his works and posse: these Christ has divested of their armour, wherein they trusted to have ruined men, as sin, the law, and death; he has ransomed his people from him that was stronger than they, and taken the prey out of the hands of the mighty; he has bruised the serpent’s head, demolished his works, destroyed him himself, and all his powers, and defeated all their counsels and designs against his elect: some render [this as], "having put off", or "unclothed": [and may be] interpreted of unclothing, or stripping principalities and powers of their armour.
Jonathan Edwards again on Ephesians 3:10 and Col. 2:14-15: Such disgrace and contempt has Christ poured upon Satan. … It is spoken of in Scripture as a glorious triumph of Christ over the devil, that he should overcome him by such a despicable weapon as his cross. … God shows his great and infinite wisdom in taking this method, to confound the wisdom and subtlety of his enemies. He hereby shows hoe easily he can do it, and that he is infinitely wiser than they.
These evil principalities have already been spoiled and put under the feet of Christ. They are so rebellious and dark-hearted they think they can try again. But they know the wrath of God and it terrifies them. As Jonathan Edwards says in his exposition of James 2:19 (“Thou believes that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”), “the devils are the subjects of great terrors, through apprehensions of God’s wrath, and fear of its future effects,” and: “It must be no small degree of terror which should make those principalities and powers, those mighty, proud, and sturdy beings, to tremble.”
The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men. These principalities, powers, dominions, kings and princes of the earth know there is a God in heaven; their dragon-leader Satan knows the wrath of God abides upon him and his children forever; so they rage in rebellion. But we, the servants of God, know we are not warring alone; that we have a Captain leading us to glory; and that the great Lord of Hosts has redeemed us from the power of these evil principalities, and given us the armour to wear to withstand them. Our hope that we will overcome, and join our Redeemer in glory, wearing a white robe because of his redemptive power, with a new name and a new body that has the capacity to learn forever about the glorious nature of our King and Savior, is why knowing the terror of the Lord we persuade men, and by which we find and walk in great peace, light, understanding and comfort. Thus we put on the armor he’s given, gird up the loins, and with patience run this course – at this hour in some measure on the streets of cursed chicago. What a happy lot in Zion to be counted worthy to participate in the Wars of the Lord. 😀
