Jesus: Every Idle Word That Men Shall Speak, They Shall Give Account Thereof In The Day Of Judgment.

Vengeance Is Mine Jacob M

“If you have been reviled in every newspaper, never answer – leave it alone. ‘Vengeance is Mine. I will repay, says the Lord.'” — Charles H. Spurgeon

The below letter to the editor was written in response to the shameless speculation that has been written by the staff at the Topeka Capital Journal for the past two weeks.

Dear friends –

You yet fail to understand that God Almighty is in charge!  He gets His glory in the falling out of His providence in this earth.  He kills and He makes alive and there is NO god with Him!  He has His way in every single matter. Be thankful!

De 32:39  See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

Isa 45:7  I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Re 4:11  Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

SIMPLICITY is how our God rolls.  Check it:

Ps 68:11  The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

God alone owns Topeka Capital Journal and every other media outlet in this earth, and they publish according to HIS will!  They don’t think so, so they don’t get credit for publishing His word.  But since they don’t think so, they will be accountable for the waste of paper on every rebellious word, and for their hard speeches against God and His people.

This scene reminds me of this beauty:

Jud 16:30  And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that were therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than they which he slew in his life.
