I read that WBC looks forward to Heaven in part because they will be able to see the reprobates burning in hell and will be allowed to yell and mock them and the reprobates will be able to hear them and that WBC will enjoy seeing them suffer. That’s a lie right?

YES. A lie. But, there is Bible for the proposition that we will look upon them. Check out this language.

Remember first and foremost: The ONLY difference between a human being that is one of God’s elect and a human being that is NOT one of God’s elect, is MERCY from God Almighty! Should I be counted in the favored few, why in the WORLD would I waste time plotting such petty revenge?

Also, our Beloved King said this about that: Lu 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
The concept of yelling awful words, comes from the rebels, who being of their father the devil, who was/is, from the very beginning, a liar and murderer, and when he speaks, he is speaking of his own thoughts, words and deeds.
Meanwhile, we go along in humble thanks to God, hoping to the end for the promised salvation, and believing that our God who promised is able to deliver all that and so much more!
