The Key There Is REPENT

WBC –

I am not here to say mean things or to be rude in any way. I am just a simple God loving Christian wanting to ask a few questions. I realize that the Church you come from is going strictly from the Bible. Now I do not know much about the bible because quite frankly it is hard for me to understand. I am not stupid, I am educated and finishing my education to be a teacher. But my question is this. I’m not sure why you are thankful for IED’s? Granted I believe that the world is in a bad place right now and that people are bad. Even you yourselves sin every day because no one is perfect on the Lord is…but does that mean that a man who did nothing to the Lord but a human being deserve to die a horrible death? I mean just think if a single man, just one of those poor men did nothing in his whole life to sin and lived a Christian life why does he deserve to die because of another man’s sin? I also want to know that you say thank God for cancer? Does that mean you are saying that the people who get cancer deserve it or that the people who die in IED’s deserve it? If so what would happen if you got cancer and died of it or if one of your children died of cancer? I’m also not sure how a little baby dying in Joplin deserved it or that we should be thankful for it? If I misinterpretating what your church means then please correct me? I agree with you that the world end is coming soon and that the world is an awful sinful place, but I’m just not sure how certain people deserve death more than others. I was to understand that if you are a saved individual that you will go to heaven and be forgiven for you sins and that God does not hate??? I’m just confused so feel free to reply to my questions.

Malana-

Begin with this fact – God is sovereign and created all things for Himself and for His glory to magnify His name.

1Samuel 2:
6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
7 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them.
9 He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
10 The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.

And this:

Daniel 4:35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

There is not one event that occurs that is outside the providence and purpose of God. Not one tornado, IED, cancerous tumor, etc…And we are to be thankful for every single bit of it. Sincerely thankful!

Psalm 119:7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
Psalm 119:164 Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.

For example, His perfect judgment by the whirlwind. (i.e. Joplin’s devastating tornado)

Jeremiah 23:19 Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked.

There are no innocent people. All are born with sin since Adam fell. Christ addressed this in Luke 13, where He speaks to the tower of Siloam that fell and killed 18 people. He said don’t think they were worse sinners than you, unless you repent, you shall likewise perish. The key there is REPENT. Those that died by the Joplin tornado, cancer, etc, by definition, were killed in their unrepentant state.

His Elect are spared His wrath. Not because of their righteousness, but because He has bestowed His grace upon them and they obey, that these judgments do not come near them. They strive against sin and are grieved if they err. That is not the case with most of mankind. We are at the days that Christ spoke of, “as in the days of Lot…” The nations are wholly given over to the fag agenda, fag marriage is acceptable, and destruction is imminent. All which will bring upon the return of our Saviour in power and glory to punish the disobedient. We pray that day is soon.
