There have been several laws put in place at both the state and federal level that inhibit protesting within a certain distance from funerals and cemeteries. How does your congregation react to this? Specifically, do you think this infringes on your right to free speech?
We rejoice evermore. From a legal standpoint the laws are blatantly unconstitutional. The plain, simple jurisprudence of the U.S. Supreme Court says the government holds in trust for wide-opened, robust debate these public sidewalks, parks, and traditional public fora, and they have no compelling government interest to move anyone from that public fora. The reality is that everyone uses these events to engage in speech to advance their side of the debate. The government specifically uses them to promote their warmongering. The government cannot legally take sides in this religious debate and promote Satan’s side and exclude the Bible’s side. The Bible side is that these rebels against God, fighting for a baby-killing perverted sodomite nation, are being turned into hell: All 310 million americans (with no statistically relevant exception); one at a time. (Ps 9:17 “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.”) These laws are invented to stop WBC’s preaching and are enforced to “stop” only WBC’s preaching; the government does not enforce the laws relative to Patriot Guard Riders and any others who want to cheer for the deceased and their family. Thereby they are further rendered unconstitutional as being selectively enforced. The pretense that they are for the purpose of giving peace to the families of the deceased presumes government has that power. The Prince of Peace (one of the names of the Lord Jesus Christ) has the exclusive power to give or take away their peace. He’s taken their peace because there is no peace for the wicked. See Isa 48:22. (“There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.”) Where is the objective evidence of peace for these brutes?
God is not running out of room in hell and there is no device you brutish american beasts can devise to stop him from bringing you into judgment for your willful disobedience. (Ps 21:11 “For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.”) And as far as stopping his church’s preaching to you let me refer you to two Bible verses which answer that folly:
Deuteronomy 32: “1 Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. 2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: 3 Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.”
Isa. 55: “9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
Our reaction? We obey the law. The Lord avenges his people. Hebrews 10: “30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall avenge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” De 32:35 “To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.” Psalm 37: “12 The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. 13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.” Ps 59:8 “But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.”

Changing gears a little bit, what are your thoughts on theocracy? Hypothetically, would your congregation support a theocracy if the government was accepted by your churches standards?
As much as debating how many angels dance on the head of a pin sounds like fun, let’s not. Ps. 75: “6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. 8 For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.”
The closer any governmental power conforms with the moral law (and the enforcement of the moral law) of God the happier and healthier their policies and people will be. There is no political will of any people organized and constituting human government in this world to fear God and keep his commandments so let’s get off that nonsense, want to? God has rendered this last, doomed generation to despise his good laws and his good land. The false prophets who completely dominate are primarily responsible for the condition described in Deuteronomy 32: “32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter: 33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.”

It is not in vain called the abomination that renders desolate. (Matthew 24:15). Visit the area where Sodom used to prosper in a lush, vibrant environment. Now nothing grows there.

Just because God has righteously judged this nation abominable and therefore sent you blind rulers of the blind, unprecedented reprobates in scope and numbers into positions of leadership (world-wide), and put Anti-Christ into the Whitehouse doesn’t change our duty. We haven’t become a rebel because you all have rebelled against God. The “pillars of the earth” still occupy Westboro Baptist Church but the grace and power of God. (See 1 Sam 2:8 and Prov 9:1-12).
No man (or government) controls our conscience. Government cannot and will not tell us what to believe God-ward. The entire purpose behind the First Amendment was to secure the freedom of conscience. But whether these brutes uphold their oath it makes no difference to us.
So, when Eric Holder showed up at the Ramada Inn last night in Topeka to propagandize on behalf of the bloody murderer and fag promoter Obama we told him and his sycophants that since they have pledged all the power of the justice department to promote killing every unborn child in the world and promote fag marriage that they are doomed and God hates them. There’s no coming back from that. Your destruction is imminent.

If God will give you and yours eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to believe you will repent and have hope. Otherwise, you go to hell.
