That does not say he loves them. WTH?!
It says that it doesn’t matter what they are to you, treat them all the same, warn them to flee the wrath to come and preach the gospel to them all!
God rains on them all, so feed ALL the Bread of Life! They will loath it, but we must tell them anyway. Romans 12 says that by doing that, and being faithful in the doing of it, we heap coals of fire upon their heads.
