Worship The Lord In The Beauty Of Holiness (Psalm 29:2)

Malachi Thanks God for 10 9 million verdict (2)

I just wanted to let you know that i recently watched a documentary about your establishment and was thoroughly disgusted by it. In this day in age, where toleration, equality and rationality are leading beliefs in common society, I don’t understand how you can live with yourselves preaching such hateful messages to the world. Although it is your right to believe in your God and speak your own minds, isn’t is disrespectful of you to be parading around, picketing against Americans, homosexuals and other groups? Put yourself in their shoes and imagine a close family member of yours had died, and the intense emotion that would come with that, all to be disrupted by a picketing at the funeral which you only attend to pay respects. I think that its a disgraceful act and that your lack of respect of people who look, act or believe any different is displayed with such a nonchalant attitude, with absolutely no doubts that you are correct in your thinking. One of the beauties of modern society is the thirst for knowledge or other peoples lifestyles, culture and way of life. Your complete lack of that is, in my opinion, disgusting.

Dear Freak bound in chains of darkness (See 2 Peter 2:4 and Psalm 73:6):

Sifting through this drivel, there are two things you need to know and one thing we need to know.

Beauty has a definition and it is a beautiful thing: Check it out now at Psalm 29:2: “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”

John Gill, who is a renowned expositor of the Bible, says this about that clause: “the Lord is only to be worshipped, and not any creature, angels or men; not Jehovah the Father only, who is to be worshipped in spirit and in truth; but the Son of God, and the Holy Ghost also, being of the same nature, and possessed of the same perfections; and that with both internal and external worship; and in true holiness, in which there is a real beauty: holiness is the beauty of God himself, he is glorious in it; it is the beauty of angels, it makes them so glorious as they are; and it is the beauty of saints, it is what makes them like unto Christ, and by which they are partakers of the divine nature; and in the exercise of holy graces, and in the discharge of holy duties, should they worship the Lord“. That pithy expositor, John Trappm emphatically states you must leave your superstition and will worship at the door, fool!

The only place that beauty of the Lord is beheld is at the Westboro Baptist Church in this last, wicked generation. Psalm 27:4: “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.”

All things else are horribly ugly and wretched on their best day and in their best light. So step away from Satan’s koolaid Beeyotch!

Knowledge is an ugly, pitifully weak thing in the hands of a Bible-ignorant person. Paul, who was rich in the knowledge of the things of the Lord, made this confession of faith and practice to the church at Corinth: “And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.” (2 Corinthians 2:1-2). And, he put another way like this: “For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.” (Acts 20:27).

Of those things that are worthless and useless, you proud babblers of this doomed generation profess to have loads of knowledge. Jude nailed down what that “knowledge” looks like: Jude 1:10 “But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.”

And the knowledge of the Lord you despise and will have none of it. Psalm 111:10:The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.” Proverbs 9:10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”

These verse from Proverbs were written for you today and the Lord has put his servants in the earth to publish this message to this last, doomed generation:

Proverbs 1: 20 Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets:
21 She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying,
22 How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?
23 Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.
24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;
27 When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.
28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
30 They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.
31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
32 For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

Now for your simple assignment: We need to know from you what documentary you saw? That’s all you need to tell us. Otherwise, stop the blasphemy if you have any regard for your eternal soul.

Kindest regards,

Your best friends at Westboro Baptist Church

PS: As to that “attend[ing] to pay respects” lie you told. Check it out now: Ps 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
