Geoff,

We will communicate with the Wamego Police Chief about these details.  This is very helpful to know about the safety of your children going to and from school.

Especially since their parents hate them and have not taught them the fear of the Lord (See Psalm 34:11: "Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.") and therefore they are at imminent risk from the Almighty God and His determination and promise is to punish them for their hated of Him and His Word and His Servants.

"And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face." Deuteronomy 7:10

"Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner." Proverbs 11:31

"Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,  Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom."  Isaiah 65:6-7

As to that recompense, you should understand these things:

(1) It is altogether just and proper:

"For many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of them also: and I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands." Jeremiah 25:14

"Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you".  (Indeed, the word recompense is by definition just and proper.) 2 Thessalonians 1:6

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of thesmileyvault-cute-big-smiley-static-034 Spirit reap life everlasting." Galatians 6:7-8

(2) It is imminent:

"God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors." Psalm 7:11-13

"Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations." Ezekiel 7:8

(3) One of the ways he recompenses is to bereave you of you children(such as inattentive drivers running them down in marked crosswalks and such):

"And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways." Jeremiah 15:7

(4) And when you in this evil land have fretted Him to the point that you have fretted Him (see Ezekiel 16:43), his resources in recompensing you are boundless and unlimited:

"The LORD hath opened his armoury, and hath brought forth the weapons of his indignation: for this is the work of the Lord GOD of hosts in the land of the [americans]." Jeremiah 50:25

So, you are absolutely correct in worrying about your children getting safely to and from school.  You have painted a large bull’s-eye on their backs and done everything you could do to encourage the arrows of God to be shot at them.

Way to go.

smileyvault-cute-big-smiley-static-002Now what that has to do with the preaching of the everlasting Gospel by the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, I don’t know.  But thanks for sharing.
