Dear Editor –
Two women and four children, messengers of peace, traveled six hours at their own cost, asking for nothing and taking nothing from you, to help your community understand why God killed your soldier, cut off before his life got started.
The shame of what your city did will be told throughout eternity. The head of the attack pack was your mayor; he roused the rabble and before the week was out, numerous Kansas citizens had been harassed and their cars vandalized, and your own townspeople were set upon by the military mob that rules McAlester, Oklahoma. Your mayor encouraged that lawless action, as reported by your paper. The responsibility for this awful scenario goes to your paper as well.
The video and the television footage posted on the internet shows your townspeople, led by your military brutes, circling like a pack of wolves around that little group of strangers. In violation of the criminal laws, you slashed their tires. Then, in violation of the civil law of this land (by federal law, it is unlawful to refuse service to people because of their religious exercise), more of your townspeople refused to obey the law and sell them tires. When a man that contracted to tow vehicles came and fulfilled his lawful obligation, he was evil entreated and has received death threats.
The police, state troopers and more had to spend many hours trying to keep a lid on that city with the mayor, the man who is the head of the police department, causing their job to be exponentially more difficult. Did that mob want to kill little 8-year-old Ruth?
All this done in the name of love and tolerance, by some “Christians.”
You “Christians” don’t believe God and you have not read his word, or you would know that the last act of God’s compassion is to send his servants, peaceful and lawful, onto your streets to tell you what he requires of you and to help you connect the dots from your rebellion and disobedience to your dead children. God warned you that when he sends his people onto your streets, that if you mess with them, you have touched the Apple of HIS eye. His promise is to repay you, to your face for what you did. Woe unto McAlester! Woe unto Oklahoma.
Every person that touched your soldier’s life is responsible for his death. When you teach your children that God is a liar and that his commandments are on the table to be disposed of at their will, you have the promise of the unchangeable God that he will let you bring up that child, but he will bereave you of him. At the end of all those crimes against many people, your child is still dead, cut off by the ONLY God, who says that HE holds the breath of life in HIS hands and HE kills and HE makes alive. That God is faithful; therefore, you have brought greater and additional wrath upon your city, county, state and country.
Seeing that your community is in dire straits, and having the solution, the Gospel of Peace, Westboro Baptist Church will make some return visits in the coming weeks and months. We see your children are in grave danger and there is not a man among you to help them.
We will picket your high school to let your children see some truth. We will picket your wicked Mayor’s office, because he is an oath breaker. He raised his right hand to God and swore an oath to uphold and defend that First Amendment and to OBEY the laws. We will picket Eastern Oklahoma State College, where your children are taught Rebellion against God 101, 201, 301 and 401. They may also have some advanced degree in Rebellion against God! We will also picket your Marine Installation, as they have distinguished themselves as lawless thugs.
