Hi, how are you doing? My name is Lance Steinhibel and I am editor of an online Christian magazine. I am looking for information about doing an email interview with someone connected to your ministry. As someone that has been actively doing street evangelism for the last 10 years, I would like to ask question concerning your time spreding the word of God, preaching, and what you feel your calling from God is. Here are the questions that I have for you.
1. How did you first start getting involved in street evangelism, and what did you learn from your first experiences?
We have been daily on the streets of Doomed america for 19 years – every single day. We received this ministry from our God, just like every other thing that any human has; it comes from God. What I learned is: Doomed america has a very short time remaining. Her destruction is IMMINENT!!
2. How has The Westboro Baptist Church been able to give back the local community, and reach out to the neighbors that surround your building?
See answer to #1 above, plus volunteer activity in every walk of this life.
3. Being someone that has been doing street evangelism for the past ten years, I have witnessed many different approaches to spreading the gospel. What have you found to be an effective way in your ministry to help bring the message of Jesus to this nation, and world?
Signs in the air. WORDS out of your mouth to people, radio, TV, and internet. By persecutions and prosecutions, Christ promised that all such would turn to us for a testimony, and we find that God is true and every man is a liar. So our God has made us and found us worthy to do this job, and he has set before us an open door and NO MAN can shut it. By the mercy of our God, we preach to the whole world!
4. It seems to me that you focus a good deal of your time on the issue of homosexuality. What has been the message that you have tried to present to that community, and how do you feel your message is received by them?
The Word of God, including the DUTY of every human to OBEY the commandments of God; to fear and OBEY YOUR GOD! The KING is even at the door! Your destruction is IMMINENT! We focus on what YOU focus on! You can’t watch a news program without “gay pride” this or “fag marriage” that. Blah, blah, barf!! If one would bother to CRACK and READ the Bible, you would know that by the time you see a people or nation rise up like one man to say “It’s ok to be gay,” that nation or people have already kicked every other standard of God OUT THE WINDOW (even as Doomed america has); fags are just the bottom rung on the depravity chain! The other thing you know about that nation or people is that they are a DOOMED people or nation. God has NEVER permitted a nation or people to do what this filthy, disobedient nation has done and survive it. I note on this very day that our God has put his hand to make the coastlines of the Gulf as dirty, nasty and STINKY as the people of this nation! YAY!
5. Is your focus when you are out on the streets to raise awareness of the issues of sin, or to bring people out of a sinful lifestyle?
Yes on the warning. As for the rest, we do NOT control the hearts of men, and at this hour, I would refer you to this gold nugget, whereby you will be able to answer that question for yourself:
Revelation 22:10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
6. I wish to end with this last question, which is something that I have been asking those around me for the last few months. If you believe that God gave us free will to choose how we live our lives, is it then alright for us to remove that free will that God gave us by passing laws against certain things that the Bible states to be a sin. For example, the Bible states that homosexuality is a sin, but is it right for me to remove the free will choice of the person that chooses that lifestyle, and vote for them not to be able to get married?
Your question begins on a FAULTY premise! You have NO free will!! It is GOD that worketh in you both to WILL and to DO of HIS good pleasure! Christ said you do NOT choose him, he chooses you! ONLY those that were ORDAINED to eternal life believe! TO THE WORDS, sloppy workman!
John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Joh 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Ac 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.
Joh 17:24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
1Pe 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Re 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
IT IS A HORRIBLE PLAN TO TAKE THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD FROM GOD IN YOUR WORDS!! It is GOD’S GLORY, and his name is Jealous and he will NOT give his glory to another!! BAD PLAN, LANCE!! Cut your tongue out FIRST!!
I would like to thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.
