Subject: Please Explain…
I was very upset to read the article on MSNBC.com with photos of signs reading “God hates fags,” God hates you,” etc. I am a born-again Christian and certainly do not in any way, shape or form, condone homosexuality. However, do you honestly think that people, most of whom already have a skewed understanding of who God is (largely in part because of the Body of Christ), are going to repent and come to God when you’re telling them He hates them?
I know what the Bible says: God hates the wicked and is angry with them everyday. (Psalms) However, He also LOVED THE WORLD SO MUCH that He sent Jesus. THAT is more impacting than being told you are hated. Yes, they are going to hell unless they repent but so are most people in this world who are separated from God by not just homosexuality but any and every other form of sin.
The Church is not speaking truth enough…I will give you that. But this is the total opposite extreme. This is not truth in love! And to be frank, people are not going to separate “hates the sin, loves the sinner” from reading those signs or visiting your website. Jesus came to seek and save those who are lost. He spoke blunt truth to the Samaritan women but He didn’t say He hated her. His strongest words were kept for the religious leaders of the day (brood of vipers, hypocrites, etc) but He never said those things to sinners. He spoke truth…in love and I don’t see that anywhere on this site.
I have no doubt that you are well-intentioned. If you spent this much time and effort reaching out to the same group of people with a message of truth in love, I truly believe more people could and would come to Christ. I’ve read the articles on this site but I still don’t understand the reasoning behind such hatred towards people. If someone could explain this to me, I would really appreciate it.

Where did you get those ideas about God? NOT from the Bible. READ THE WORDS woman – there is no joy! There is only evil intended toward this nation only evil from God!

Until you READ THE WORDS, don’t talk. The time is short, the destruction in imminent! With great joy, you can consider how much you will NOT have to write a show-my-bare-ass snot-gram to the Servants of the Living God AFTER you read the words!
Fear and obey your God – THAT is your duty!
