Yes – distantly – but alas – we must remind you that God has said what looks good and here it is:
1 Cor 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.

Young Michael Fred Phelps, Jr. is running in race in those waters so that he can obtain good things in this life – much accolades and many blessings. He received every whit of it from the Lord his God! You must have heard all the scribes of Doomed america going on and on about his physical stature and how all that makes for a PERFECT swimmer. BUT – he does not give God the glory! He has nothing except what he received from his God and he is obligated to use those things that he has been given him – loaned to him – for the short time we are on this earth, to SERVE GOD IN TRUTH!!
There he is – in Baltimore …. Baltimore … famous ONLY for putting the servants of God on trial! :crazy: He had an opportunity to use what God gave him to show forth a conspicuous testimony for God – to demonstrate that he would serve his God in TRUTH!! Don’t worry – before this is said and done, he is going to weigh in on this matter, he will have no choice – stay tuned!
So – at the end of the day – this is what counts for Michael Fred Phelps, Jr. and his family, to wit:
1. His parents taught him rebellion against God (God hates divorce – Malachi 2).
2. His father taught him adultery! The Lord Jesus Christ said this – I’m just sayin . . . the Lord Jesus Christ said this about that:
Mt 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
3. For a short while, he will be at the top of his game, and then his strength will fade, as this flesh is prone to do, and then – he will face his God in the Day of Judgment – and what will he say?
4. Eternity in hell is the price he will pay for his adherence to the rebellion against God that was taught to him by his parents.
All I can say to that is – YIKES!
MAN – don’t be proud of THAT!!!

NOW – THAT is life and health and happiness!! :yes: Because my foolish friend – if you do that – here is the promise that you can write down and take to the bank – it is the ONLY source of promises that are any good what so ever!!
Isa 64:4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.
1Co 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
And my friend – I can tell you plainly that I have lived long enough to say – without reservation – that this goodness – that is, the promises contained in these verses do not ONLY begin after we quit this life – they are for the servants of God alive in the earth! I know that what awaits us for those that hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, is not to be compared to this life, for all it’s glory and bliss, but these experiences, and the blessings that attend the mother load of all blessings in this life, to wit: The blessing of being permitted to serve God in these last days of all – is so glorious, that I cannot imagine what awaits us when we finish this truly important race and win that prize – it will make those gold medals hanging around Michael Fred Phelps, Jr.’s neck and the millions he will earn following these Olympic games look like severe poverty!
I must not end this email without saying plainly – Mt. Zion where we dwell, is a good land and a blessed land, and not so much as an arrow that has been shot at us will strike it’s mark, and not so much as a foot of our enemies will tread on our land, and we would sincerely encourage Michael Fred Phelps, Jr. and Mike W. and every other son and daughter of Adam living in this world today, to go with us, the way is good!

How do we know that Michael Phelps has committed adultry? Maybe his father taught him that but he could be sexually pure. I dont see why we should make assumptions although he should have spoken out against fags when he won the gold metal

On SO MANY fronts Michael Fred Phelps, Jr was completely failed by his parents. But don’t despair; I knew another young man that was COMPLETELY failed by his parents and he today serves God in truth – his parents not only divorced in his youth, but they both remarried and on some accounts more than once – I’m just sayin – it was "whores R us" everywhere he looked as he grew up and right on up to this very day! So I know that you can come to a knowledge of the truth, if God would give you a heart to know him! He is my husband, and he is a truly good guy!
Do I need to pull out any more dots to connect this up – or is this enough? I have more dots – I’m happy to share, but I don’t want to overkill on any point – you know how short we have been all over Doomed america with our words. ;) We also are keenly aware that the Baltimorons are just one notch below Herod – I’m just sayin . . . John the Baptist lost his head (literally – YIKES) when he discussed the adultery of the king in being married to the woman that was at one time married to his brother Phillip! Thanks for the reply. I understand that Michael phelps sr is divorced, however the son (gold metal winner) has never been married. He could be sexually pure for all we know. Right?

Okay, Mike – Let us wait on that question – he could also be a unicorn – but I’m doubting it. Further, let me add these points:
1. Michael Fred Phelps the elder is not only divorced, but reported to be remarried!
2. If Michael Fred Phelps, Jr., is not a rabid fornicator like most of his generation, oh say, because he is so busy getting the gold as they say – that does not finish the discussion – CHARITY is the issue – does the lad have charity? That is – does he fulfill the Royal Law of James 2:8, also called the perfect Law of Liberty in James 1 – and the Lord Jesus Christ called it this: Love thy neighbor as thyself – the second and great commandment that is like unto the first commandment – that is – love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, might and mind! Lev. 19:17 and 18 says you do that, but NOT HATING your neighbor, which you demonstrate by NOT suffering their sin upon them, but in any wise rebuking them – that is, you warn them that their sin is taking them to hell – and if you do not do that, you hate your neighbor in your heart! I don’t see Michael Fred Phelps, Jr. doing that – because when the nation is SPRINTING to her final destruction, and all the evidence is before your face of that fact, NO SERVANT OF GOD would be slapping around in a pool as a more than full time vocation to the exclusion of being on the streets of this nation warning them that their sin is taking them to hell!
Let me put that another way – when Michael Phelps is done with all this aggressive setting up of his life for the future with his little tinker toys called gold medals, and he does not become publicly sexual (what this nation loves to do – and then begin to multiply fluffy words to call it everything but the whoredoms that it is) with some bimbo of Doomed america, then let us have this discussion. And to put a finer point on it – the fact that he lacks words to warn this nation would suggest that he is in agreement with their filthy policies of rebellion against God!
There is no getting off the hook – every son and daughter of Adam is going to stand before God in the Judgment and give an account for what they did with the things that God loaned to them – FOR ONE PURPOSE – so that they can serve him in truth – worship and serve the Lord their God – we have NO OTHER PURPOSE TO LIVE!
