THANK GOD FIVE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES APPEAR RECEPTIVE TO GUTTING THE DEFENSE OF MARRIAGE ACT (DOMA)!
A majority of the justices raised questions in oral arguments about the Act, indicating the Court may strike down the part of the law that denies legally married same-sex couples the same benefits provided to heterosexual spouses.
