The 2-3 feet of snow that fell over the NE brought many businesses to a halt, shut down offices and schools, grounded hundreds of flights, and shut down government offices. These are the same folks struggling to recover from October’s Superstorm Sandy. This is all before calculating the costs of snow removal, repairing damage, etc.
