At Las Vegas Motor Speedway, his car became ensnared in a fiery 15-car pileup. He died 2 hours later of unsurvivable injuries.

He died for the sins of Las Vegas, including their crimes against WBC. He received his summons from God that went like this:
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. …And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
