Welcome friends, to another edition of WBC Video News, where the Servants of God diligently seek to discern the signs of the times and deliver to you an unvarnished view of world events from a Bible perspective.

It would be irresponsible of WBC not to see the national and even worldwide maelstrom of intense discussion surrounding Michael Brown Jr.’s death and the lack of an indictment against Officer Darren Wilson and not bring Bible perspective to this matter, so let us consider this event today.

The politicians aren’t telling you anything of importance in this matter while they jockey for your favor, trying to please all sides of this issue with quips and platitudes and buzz words.  Law enforcement doesn’t have anything for you while they stand around in this quagmire of scrutiny demonstrating their inability to enforce clear cut laws for fear your thug mobs will draw them into another incident.  The lawyers milking the clock (and no lawyer is putting their thumb in this pie without seeing dollar signs) have no interest in your never-dying souls.  These charlatans trying to pass themselves off as preachers – and yes, I’m talking to you, the unreverend Al Sharpton – these lying whores are smothering you with more lies than all the others combined.

The events in Ferguson show us many things about the state of this nation and where it is headed.  WBC has warned you for years that these kinds of things are going to happen, and that they will happen with increased frequency, duration, and effect.  Your peace is being taken from you:

“And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword” (Rev. 6:4).

You cannot look at Ferguson, MO, and think that peace abides there.  It has been taken from them, and really all of this doomed nation, when you consider the number of violent eruptions, riots, and arrests that have occurred this past week across the country, all in relation to a thug being killed by a cop.

How did America get to this state?  The Scripture tells us at Isaiah 3:12

“…children are their oppressors, and women rule over them.  O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths”.

Look at this sad scene.  Michael Brown, Jr. was still largely a child.  Look at a lot of these people looting and burning police cars – they’re children.  Look at Lesley McSpadden and her utter lack of respect for authority, her loud-mouthed declarations and complete lack of humility throughout all of this.  Look at these effeminate so-called leaders and their hand wringing over the whole matter.  You have raised a generation of violent hoodlums, who have no respect for authority.  You have taught them that authority has neither place nor meaning in their lives, and this anarchy is the result.  You worship your children rather than exercising authority over them, and men long ago abrogated the role God put them in of being over their houses to the women.  There are no men left in this nation to run it.

That means, to be plain, that Michael Brown, Sr. is directly responsible for the death of his son.  By living his life in direct rebellion against the God who created him, he taught Michael Brown, Jr. to be a rebel and that recognizing authority had no place in his life.  When he sloughed off his wife to take up and live in adultery with Cal, and allowed his wife Lesley to take off and live in adultery with Louis Head, he demonstrated to Michael Brown, Jr., that the God “which made them at the beginning made them male and female….and they twain shall be one flesh” (Matt. 19:4-5) didn’t really mean it.  And if you teach your children that the only absolute authority in the universe has no power to punish or enforce His decrees, then there are no decrees that are needful to be followed.

We know that Michael Brown, Jr. was a thief.  He clearly wasn’t taught “thou shalt not steal” (Ex. 20:15) at the table of his father, so it isn’t likely he was taught any of the other precepts of Scripture, despite Michael Brown, Sr. making a show of his supposed righteousness and profession of faith in his public baptism at Calvary West Missionary Baptist Church recently.  He claims to know these things, but clearly didn’t keep them as frontlets before Michael Jr.’s eyes, or his DNA wouldn’t have been on Darren Wilson’s neck, clothing, and firearm.  And by the way, Mr. Brown, that’s not a church, and you weren’t baptized into the body with that pitiful show.

Lesley and Michael are responsible for the death of their son by not “raising him in the nurture and admonition of the Lord” (Eph. 6:4).  These two parents are just examples of what all the parents of this generation, especially of doomed America, have done to their children.  You have worshipped them, you have set them up on pedestals, and you have raised them for the devil and hell.

Another key thing we are shown about the true America is your hypocrisy.  When one of your thug children ends up predictably dead at the end of a criminal act, you want to scream about how all lives are valuable, all lives are precious, indeed, as your signs have declared, “black lives matter”.  We agree.  They do matter.  But why didn’t any of those black babies you aborted this year matter?  You live a life of lascivious sin, and kill the result of that sinfulness – an unborn black baby – at an astounding rate of 5 times more readily than white parents caught in the same sin.  Did those newly conceived lives not matter, or do the lives of your children only matter once they have the ability to lift up their hands against those in authority to try and kill them?  Your hypocrisy is breath-taking.  If you want to be taken seriously, then act seriously.  Stop killing your own children. Remember, ALL black lives matter, including the unborn ones.

Furthermore, if you want your children to stop dying, here’s an idea.  Teach them to stop breaking the law.  Teach them to respect authority, whether you like the authority or not.  Teach them to do what the cops tell them to do and sort out the consequences or unfairness of the treatment later.  Or here’s an idea, teach them a good hearty does of humility with this verse:

“For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God” (1 Pet. 2:20).

How does that apply, you might ask?  It’s simple.  SHUT UP when you think some cop is doing you wrong and deal with it later.  Do what he says, whether he’s white, black, Mexican or martian.  FOLLOW the LAW.  If Michael Brown, Jr. had just gotten on the sidewalk when he was told to by an officer of the law, he’d probably be alive right now.  You hear that, Michael and Lesley?  If you teach your children to OBEY AT ALL TIMES, things tend to work out for them.  If you people, black, white, Hispanic, whatever color, would teach your children to respect authority and do what they’re told when they’re told to do it, you’d have a lot fewer run-ins with the over-zealous power-hungry cops in this country.  If you are despitefully used by a cop with authority, put away your pride and don’t confront the tyrant with the gun, much less put your hands on him or her!

This isn’t just about the rejection of authority, however.  It’s about the de facto lack of authority from those in whom it is entrusted.  From Obama down to the newest rookie beat cop, you have rejected God, and so why should anyone listen to you or follow your orders if you won’t follow His?  When you see cops standing around like statues while all around them the businesses of hard working people burn, you have to wonder why they do not exercise their authority to arrest and stop that brutish behavior?  The truth is, they’ve lost that authority because God has taken it from them and they stand paralyzed with fear.

Let’s be clear here.  This isn’t just some racial divide.  Is racism alive in America?  Of course it is.  It’s alive in whites, it’s alive in blacks, it’s alive in every skin tone on the color palette.  But don’t think this is some unique issue God hasn’t dealt with or seen fit to instruct us on!  Racism is just another example of the absolute lack of regard for the Sovereign God and His authority.  It is a rejection of that merciful God, who set an example for all people for all time in the laws He established on earth for His people.  Like this one:

“One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you” (Ex. 12:49).

This is uber-simple.  There should be no difference in how people are treated based on where they are from or what their race is.  Moreover, God is no respecter of persons when it comes to the only part of human history that will matter – that is, who inhabits heaven eternally – as we can see from Revelation 5:9

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation”

If God doesn’t care about race, then why do you?  Get past it.  Stop blathering about wanting to buy the world a Coke and get serious about these matters.  If you had one ounce of personal humility and charity toward one another, something as irrelevant as the color of your skin would have no bearing on your interactions.  Shame on you all.

Of course, if those in authority don’t properly, with humility, exercise that authority and serve those over whom they have authority, then only anarchy reigns.  Hear this Proverb, poignant for this hour:

“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice:  but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn” (Prov. 29:2).

The people mourn because authority is not exercised properly, with a mind to serving those who need help of those in power, and that fits this nation like a snug glove.  Remember friends, Westboro Baptist Church has been on the streets of this nation, actually preaching and protesting peacefully, as an example to all of you of how to do such a thing, for over 20 years.  We know these cops.  We know the cops of Missouri who tried to take our children.  We know the cops of St. Louis and the surrounding area who have stood by while violence was committed against us for nothing more than our words.  We know the cops of America who are more interested in worshipping their dead colleagues and dead soldiers than in upholding the law of the land.  We know them in a way most americans could not possibly know them.

The cops in this country are largely corrupt, selfish, mad brutes, who thrive on abusing the power they have been given and operate almost entirely with impunity and with no regard for the laws of God, man, or just plain decency.  Darren Wilson should shut his mouth, and put the words Christ had to say to soldiers and cops on his mirror to see every single day for the rest of his life, to wit:

“And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do?  And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages” (Luke 3:14).

Darren Wilson killed another human, committing violence against him.  He is an outstanding example of what is wrong with law enforcement in this country.  His arrogance and declaration that he would do nothing different, that there was nothing he could have done in the entirety of that tragic event to spare the life of another human is breath-taking.  By the evidence it appears he did nothing illegal.  That doesn’t mean he didn’t do anything wrong, or that he should be trumpeting about how well he handled that situation and would do it all the same if he had it to do over again.

This is how cops have treated this humble little church for decades now.  Behaving as if there is no recourse, no check to their brutish behavior, no need to hide their unbridled hatred of the word of God being preached on the streets they are charged with holding in trust.  You are now seeing and experiencing the full brunt of that attitude and behavior, and seeing what it means to have your liberties and rights trampled upon by those who are supposed to protect them.  You clap when it is done to WBC, and you riot like lawless thugs when it happens to you.  Shameful.

Finally, you see in this event the unmitigated hatred of truth and justice.  For this, you have the preachers to blame, like the unreverend Al Sharpton.  In the face of the facts, these charlatans want to keep talking about things that simply did not happen as though they were gospel truth.  They scream about justice when what they want is a lynching of Darren Wilson.  The black preachers especially, instead of telling you to mourn for your sins and seek God in this matter, are all vying for who can get the most mic time.  Instead of telling you parents to stop raising your children like Michael and Lesley did Michael Jr., they want to blather and scream about the slandering of his character.  Instead of teaching your young people to respect authority and stop behaving like criminal hoodlums, they encourage you to keep lying to them, telling them they can live how they like and still go to heaven when they die, because Black Jesus loves everyone.  Instead of showing you from Scripture how God is NOT blessing this nation and your only hope is to repent or you will likewise perish, they compete for the microphone so the money keeps pouring in.

And before you start yelling and screaming about how racist we are, never forget, friends, members of WBC have spent their professional lives working in this civil rights field, defending the rights of those who couldn’t defend themselves; they did so not at great personal gain or seeking it.  They’ve done so because it was the right thing to do.  We’ve had a front row seat to the hateful, bigoted reality of this nation for decades, so don’t go there.

There is no hope here, fellow americans.  You can’t fix this mess.  It’s too late for that.  You had the chance and now it’s time for each of you to look at yourselves in the mirror and decide – will you follow God or will you continue to rebel?  There is precious little time left to make that decision.  We keep telling you and showing you these events to warn you and help you see that the king is returning, and He will return in fire, to judge.  Hear our words or don’t.  We cannot save you, but we do warn you.

Obey today, while there is still time.  Amen.

Thanksgiving Thoughts: What Are You Thankful For? Who Are You Thankful To? How Do You Manifest It?

What you are doing now is quite thankless, and not at all thankful. Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

What you are doing now is quite thankless, and not at all thankful. Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

The below is a transcript of WBC’s latest video production, which you can watch here: http://signmovies.com/?tab=news&vid=20141124thanksgiving

So Americans everywhere, and other nations around the world, are preparing to hunker down and celebrate what they call ‘Thanksgiving Day’. We did a video news a while back that summarizes the origins of this ‘holiday’  – some nice mocker put it up on YouTube for all to see – you can watch it by going to this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmVS82j5QTY

However, there are a few questions that a thoughtful person might ask during such a season – namely:

  1. What are you thankful for?
  2. And who are you thankful to?
  3. And how do you manifest that Thanksgiving?

Are you thankful for your life? Who might you thank for such a thing? And how might you manifest that thanksgiving?  Consider the scripture:

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever. If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me. I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy. Rejoice, o ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.”

The Lord God is a creating God – the only creating God. He made you. You should be thankful to Him for every breath you take. If He were done with you, or me, or anyone, we wouldn’t be able, by any will, to draw even one more breath. Consider that as you languish in feast-induced drowsiness on Thursday. And how might you manifest that thanksgiving, should you have it? By forging a battle plan to conquer Black Friday? By the obligatory guilt-stuffing of the dollar or two into the Salvation Army bucket induced by the Santa-hatted bell ringer? You bring the notion of Thanksgiving up to the level of a recognized holiday, and yet most people are not truly thankful to God for anything and certainly have no sober, meaningful way of manifesting any sincere thanksgiving.

It is impossible to give thanks to a god who you vainly believe loves everybody. That god doesn’t exist. It’s an opiate that you’ve been fed since birth. The God who made you loves a humble heart, and humility is diametrically opposed to rebellion. So when you rebel against God in all the manifest ways that you do – by giving the nod to divorce and remarriage to satisfy your lusts, supporting same sex marriage, sanctioning fornication amongst your children, failing to raise them in a proper nurture and admonition of the Lord – there is no way that you can be giving thanks to Him. Definitions get in the way. Words are stubborn things.

It is impossible to give thanks to a god who you believe gives you a ‘free will.’ That god doesn’t exist. The Lord Jesus Christ asked – which one of you, by taking thought, can add a cubit to his stature? Which one of you indeed.

There is a huge difference between giving sincere thanks to the God who made you and just liking your life’s situation. The latter is equivocation of the basest sort. True thanksgiving to God means that you humbly obey Him. True Thanksgiving to God means that you would strive against sin – that you would not suffer it upon your neighbor. True thanksgiving would mean that you do that every day, with your might – with no need for a special day to manifest a counterfeit version.

Indeed, a perverse spirit is upon the men of the world, one so breathtaking and vexing that I marvel that the word thanksgiving doesn’t choke in many of your mouths. But take hope in that we are all worthless, vile worms, none of us having any merit of our own – and those who the Lord has fixed his gaze upon will receive love, mercy and grace at his omnipotent hand – being justified solely by the blood of our sweet Savior. We call those who we live amongst to stop this insane orgy of lies that you call Thanksgiving and repent while you still have breath in you. What you are doing now is quite thankless, and not at all thankful.  Fear God, and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

Amen.

Orthodox Jewish Synagogue Attack — The Wicked Jews Killed Jesus Christ In A Similar Fashion

That is our message to you today, in the wake of this event in Jerusalem: "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

That is our message to you today, in the wake of this event in Jerusalem: “Except ye repent, ye shall all
likewise perish.”

Below is a transcript of WBC’s latest video production, which can be viewed here: http://signmovies.com/?tab=news&vid=20141119Jerusalem

On Tuesday, November 17, 2014, two Palestinian men armed with a gun, knives and meat cleavers entered a Jewish synagogue in an Orthodox neighborhood in Jerusalem.  They killed 5 people, 4 of whom were Orthodox Jews who were engaging in their morning prayers.  The Palestinians were themselves shot and killed by police.  I’m sure you have seen the gruesome pictures of trails and pools of blood on the synagogue floors, and blood-soaked prayer shawls and books.  It was a bloody scene!

Israel is vowing revenge, and the whole world is in an uproar about this because, they say, the men were involved in a holy act of prayer, and therefore this attack is worse than other attacks.

A very similar thing happened in the days of Jesus.  A group of Galilaeans were engaged in one of their so-called holy acts of offering sacrifices to God.  Pilate ordered them to be killed, and their blood was mingled with their sacrifices.  Jesus Christ didn’t say “how dare Pilate do this…he has reached a new low…those men were engaged in a holy act.”  But he did use their deaths to preach.  Luke 13:1-3:

“There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”

That is our message to you today, in the wake of this event in Jerusalem:  Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Those men were not sinners above all men.  They were, however, typical of the rest of you who have not repented.  They were works righteous rabbis.  One of them, Kalman Levine, comes from Kansas City, right down the street from Westboro Baptist Church.  His son said of him:  “My father would study all day long and would return home at night only to learn some more until he would fall asleep in his chair.”  This is the very embodiment of 2 Timothy 3:7  – “Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”  And Ecclesiastes 12:12-14 says: “…of making many books  here is  no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole  du y  of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether I be good, or whether I be evil.”

These guys did not fear God and keep His commandments, and neither do most of you listening to this.

They have denied the Messiah.  Their very prayers are an act of open rebellion against God, and are an abomination to God:

Proverbs 15:8 – “The sacrifice of the wicked  is  an abomination to the L RD: but the prayer of the upright  is  his delight.”

Proverbs 28:9 – “He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer  shall be  abomination.”

1 Samuel 15:22-23 – “Behold, to obey  is  better than sacrifice,  and  to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness  is as iniquity and idolatry.”

And don’t forget, it was while Jesus Christ was engaged in a truly holy prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane that the wicked Jews, led by Judas, took Him, and crucified Him.  His blood is on their hands:  They said “His blood be on us, and on our children.” If you’re going to be outraged by something holy getting interrupted by violence, you ought to be outraged at that. The time will come, though, “that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:11.

I’ll leave you with a few verses about Israel from Romans 10:

“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.  For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.  For Christ  is  the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”

Until you repent and believe that, then ye shall all likewise perish.

The Bible Is Full Of Amazing Information That’s WAY More Reliable Than What You Find In A Text Book!

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord." (Acts 3:19)

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.” (Acts 3:19)

Hello Westboro Baptist Church,

I was wondering if you could explain to me: in the Bible it talks of people having lived to age 600 years. How can that be?

[text removed]

One last thing – if I had to visit Kansas would I be allowed to attend your church?

–Ronnie

Dear friend –

Yes, the Bible is full of amazing information that is WAY more reliable than anything you will get in a text book!  I could go on and on about why it is NO stretch of the imagination to KNOW that the people closest to the Garden of Eden (without the ravages of the curse and the effects of the flood) would live WAY longer than we. But how about you just remember these faithful words when you address yourself to your unbelief: “Let God be true and every man a liar!”  Yes – that sums it up nicely I think!

Romans 3:3-4  For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?  God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

I deleted your misguided statements about me and my fellow laborers, as they should never have escaped your mouth.  Just note, it is ALL about God; this little flock of slaughter is HIS curious work, created by HIM and for HIS pleasure and for HIS glory!

Luke 17:10  So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Colossians 1: 27-29  To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:  Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:  Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

Philippians 2:13  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Revelation 4:11  Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Finally, YES: anyone is welcome to sit in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, and our hope is that you would HEAR and BELIEVE. However, all of those matters reside in the exclusive prerogative of the Lord our God.

Acts 2:38  Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Ac ts3:19  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Thanks for writing.

Your friends at Westboro Baptist Church
