A Nazi Iowa lawmaker proposes to criminalize Westboro Baptist Church’s gospel preaching by calling us “domestic terrorists” and our preaching, “domestic terrorism.” News flash: you are a rebel against God; and like your father the Devil [John 8:44] you are a liar. The blessed peacemakers from Westboro Baptist Church have preached peace to the world for decades when we told you that “God is Your Terrorist!” And, since we are ambassadors of Christ, therefore, we are your Terrorist’s ambassadors. But this terror of the Lord is a good thing and to much sought after. It goes like this: Isaiah 33:7: “Behold, their valiant ones shall cry without: the ambassadors of peace shall weep bitterly.” 2 Corinthians 5:20: “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” This is the point of contention: From Genesis to Revelation a very clear message from God is preached: Any nation that goes the way of Sodom and Gomorrah will meet the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah. That is the only relevant Gospel to be preached at this hour for rebel SodomUSA. But this terror we preach is a good thing; not a bad. It is a thing that should be lauded; not criticized. It should be the basis to declare us “persona grata.” But the Prince of Peace has not granted you the grace of feeling deep down in your bones the “terror of the Lord,” and therefore you’re a lost case, Mr. Nazi Iowa lawmaker. Except ye repent.
The terror of the Lord we preach is a good thing, and if the God of all grace will grant you the fear of the LORD, you will love our preaching. If the God of all grace will not grant you the fear of the LORD, you will hate our Gospel preaching, and you will wallow around in ignorance and fear and ultimately an eternity of hell fire. Our beloved Apostle friend, Paul, put it like this in 2 Corinthians 5:11: “Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
The reality of the situation is described in 2 Corinthians 2:14-17 and you should be thankful. “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.” You have to know that it is impossible to legislate away that savour of death or life. How about legislate your repentance toward God?
And this terror of the God is not only a New Testament thing. Check out Genesis 35:5: “And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.” Jacob was God’s elect and they thought he was a domestic terrorist too. You can bet that his hateful neighbors contemplated all kinds of laws against that reality of terror. But what could they do? They could have repented at his preaching.
And take a look at Leviticus 26:16: “I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.” That terrorism you are surrounded with in this country is straight from the hand of God. Thank God and Amen. Pass a law against that terror, cry-baby bitches. Or maybe, rather, repent.
Go with me to where God describes the condition of those in rebellion against His plain teachings at the mouths of his preachers (like “thou shalt not like with mankind as with womankind; it is abomination (Leviticus 18:22).
See Deuteronomy 32:25: “The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.” That’s your condition and you are ignorant of it. Pray that you are granted repentance to the acknowledging of the truth, and stop thinking up ways to stop the preaching of the Gospel of peace by WBC.
This is how King David described the scene where his enemies regarded him a terrorist because of his Gospel preaching, in Psalm Chapter 7: My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. God [avenges] the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors. Behold, (the wicked) travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood. [Now that’s an ugly baby you just pushed out!] He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate. I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.” Pass a law against that, you pussilanimus punk. Or maybe, just maybe, contemplate the terror of the Lord and get your repentance on.
Speaking of terror, they tell me that that new “Exodus” movie adequately displays the terror from the hand of God in the form of those seven plagues upon Pharoah and the Egyptians because of their similar suppression of the truth of God and oppression of the people of God, and they too ignorantly thought their terror was from the hand of Moses. Scripture reveals Moses was simply the ambassador of the terror. See Deuteronomy 34:12: “And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel.” We’re the showmen of your terror. God “brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror.” [Jeremiah 32:21]. That’s good terror, brothers and sisters. That terror leads to repentance and salvation, temporal and eternal.
The Lord has been very merciful to SodomUSA to give you fair warning at our mouths and countless real life demonstrations of His terror (think September 11, 2001). Those who are granted the fear of the Lord are comforted when they think back upon the terror of the Lord which helped bring them from sin and shame to repentance and to the acknowledging of the truth. That is what the Holy Spirit is speaking of in Isaiah 33:18: “Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? where is the receiver? where is he that counted the towers?” The Gospel that saves his elect from their sin trumps all of your human powers. You ought to be thankful for our role as ambassadors and showmen of God’s terror. But one of your prominent hellish personality traits is unthankfulness. [2 Timothy 3:2]. Not a good thing. We say, repent!
Isaiah instructs you about the terror of the Lord, too: [Isa 10:33] “Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall lop the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled.” Sounds like the USA whose motto for war on every rebel’s bumper is “The Power of Pride.” Terror has made you His bitch, SodomUSA. It’s time to repent, wouldn’t you say?
And, again our good friend, Isaiah, instructs you concerning terror: [Isa 19:17] “And the land of Judah (or the Westboro Baptist Church) shall be a terror unto Egypt (or sodomUSA), every one that maketh mention thereof shall be afraid in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it.” The counsel of the Lord of Hosts, which is another name for our Lord Jesus Christ, has determined your destruction, SodomUSA. And you think you can fight against that by calling us domestic terrorists. You got bats in your belfry. Repent, foolish and unwise!
Here is the real deal on this terror thing, from the Holy Spirit at the mouth of Jeremiah “For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will make thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold it: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword.” And to drive the point home God Almighty, via his ambassador the prophet Jeremiah, renamed that rebel leader of Judah, from Pashur to Magormissabib, which means “terror all around.” [Jeremiah 20:3-4]. In the Sodomite sin department Judah was an amateur comparatively speaking to SodomUSA. God, your Terrorist, will not wink at your sin. That’s why you have been renamed by the Westboro Baptist Church MagormissabibUSA. Memo to your mad rebel selves: Time to repent.
There are two things that dominate your headlines in America: First, the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, as foretold concerning the last days of the human experience on the earth by our Lord Jesus Christ. Second, the terror of the Lord which surrounds this evil sodomite nation: from outside and from inside.
