Freedom from religious tyranny at the hands of the British Empire in 1776? No, most of you dummies don’t have a clue about that history and the blessings of God in delivering the American colonies from that awful tyranny. The glory of God’s granting of religious liberty as manifest in the First Amendment? Hell, no. You people hate the First Amendment and think it’s only for rich perverts that own newspapers and TV stations. In the last week the Supreme Court has had to step in twice at the last minute and stop you bloody people from sacrificing the First Amendment on the altar of your murderous lust to kill babies. Worse than that, every state and the federal government and countless lesser government powers have outlawed Westboro Baptist Church’s peaceful preaching, pretending that the First Amendment is meaningless because you want to perversely worship dead soldiers who represent your high rebellion against God. Yo, listen up: “There is no peace, saith the LORD, unto the wicked.” (Isaiah 48:22)
Here is the true picture of what is happening with this nation. Every institution of this sin-loving nation has turned their backs on God and forgotten Him. It is like it was in Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Jeremiah: “Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them: Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers. Therefore thou shalt speak all these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee: thou shalt also call unto them; but they will not answer thee. But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the LORD their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth. “ (Jeremiah 7:25-28). And that nation that forgets God, God has solemnly sworn that they will be turned into hell. (Psalm 9:16).
This soulless country, saturated in fornication, adultery, sodomy, abortion, and all of these at God’s hand as His righteous judgment on you as a result of your gross idolatry–primarily in denying the sovereignty of God and pretending that there is no God nor consequences for your abominable sin–celebrates July 4 insisting that you have been granted freedom to commit these abominations. “Surely the fear of God is not in this place!” (Genesis 20:11). Just like those nations which the Lord destroyed which are set forth as an example in God’s book. With horror Jeremiah declared the mind of God, who told them: you not only don’t repent but you “come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?” (Jeremiah 7:10). Westboro Baptist Church understands Jeremiah’s horror. We too are shocked at this nation’s audacious depravity.
And this is what is happening to this nation. This is the God of Truth’s word for it: “O house of America, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of America. At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it.” (Jeremiah 18:6-7). There is only one message from any true preacher of the Gospel: this nation is doomed and must be destroyed pursuant to the everlasting example of Sodom’s holocaust. (Jude 7).
Another prophet of the Lord warned: “For the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.” (Isaiah 60:12).
This land has one course and one destiny: utter waste and destruction. Right before your very eyes, America. Thank God and Amen!
So on July 4th we sing in celebrating the truth about this nation that hates truth and light and peace and righteousness:

–He sent the I.E.D.s, so the whole world would see this nation’s fate.

–Explosions everywhere, God’s anger in the air, hell is your fate.
Your soldiers are your pride, none of your sin you hide.
Your evil ways God won’t abide. Now God hates this land.

So you millions of fools trying your best to blow your hands off, lose your sight and hearing with exploding firecrackers, and your violent cacophany sending your PTSD-cursed neighbor veterans into peels of terror this week, are blind, merciless dogs. What I think of when I see your insanity is Our Lord Jesus Christ preaching in Luke Chapter 16 about the poor man that has passed, Lazurus, in heaven, and the rich man who has passed and split hell wide open; who is in eternal torments, begging Abraham a drop of water to cool his tongue: “But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.” (Luke 16:19-31)
These July 4th type celebrations are your good things. What? Really? Really.
Our advice from Matthew 4:17: “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” This is the time!
