Last week, Secretary of State John Kerry made a statement in a closed, international forum, warning that if the modern nation of Israel does not find a solution to their perpetual conflicts with the Palestinian inhabitants of that country (and surrounding territories), they are taking a risk that their “democracy” will become an apartheid state — because it won’t be long and the majority of the citizens of the country will be non-Jews. If they remain a democracy, the non-Jews will soon wield sufficient voting power to squeeze out their Jewish-flavored government; they will be left with imposing a minority rule (which — don’t look now — but they already do)
It sounds like a pretty basic, sound, and principled bit of advice — and it certainly could not be a terrible idea to at least raise the issue for some private discussion among key decision makers, rather than just ignore the problem until it gets out of hand. As it turns out, Secretary Kerry has forgotten with whom he is dealing.
An explosion of allegations of anti-Semitism — demands for apologies — demands that Beast Obama remove such a man from so high an office! Kerry has — to nobody’s real surprise — began his retreat, lobbing bona fide bombs as he goes, so that he might maintain some face as he leaves that minefield.
The servants of God at Westboro Baptist Church have been warning the Jews — and the whole round world — for many years now, about the promise that Christ has spoken: “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” [Matthew 24:21] Those plain words of Christ — whom the Jews subsequently slaughtered (so, consider yourself lucky, Secretary Kerry) — have a real meaning. That day will most assuredly come.
No man knows the precise way it will come to pass, but culling the Scriptures will certainly give you plain indicators of the conditions of things. Certainly, for the nations to have such fierce hatred for the Jewish people that they come in on them with military and merciless force heretofore not known — making the Holocaust pale in comparison, there must be a situationally-relevant catalyst. Grinding their Palestinian brothers in forced, de facto slavery conditions could serve that purpose.
The reaction to Kerry’s sincere and (if you’re not a rabid Zionist) wise and loving comments, is something anybody who has read the Bible knows is part of how Jews roll. Consider these two simple examples (among many) of how the rulers of a doomed and dying Israel and Judah (of old) treated those prophets who told them plainly that they’re on a direct path to destruction.
First, when the prophet Micaiah told Israeli King Ahab that his “advisors” were encouraging him to go to his doom at the battle of Ramothgilead — and that it was at the direct assignment of an angry God who sent a lying spirit into the mouths of those advisors — here is what happened:
“Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee. Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah came near, and smote Micaiah upon the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the LORD from me to speak unto thee? And Micaiah said, Behold, thou shalt see on that day when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide thyself. Then the king of Israel said, Take ye Micaiah, and carry him back to Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king’s son; And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I return in peace.” [2 Chronicles 18:22-28]
Of course, Ahab did not return in peace, but fell in the battle as God had decreed and as Micaiah had plainly and simply informed him. Hundreds of years later, when Judah was coming to the Babylonian destruction, the haughty Jews were offended at the words of Jeremiah the prophet who was pronouncing the determination of God to destroy that wickedly sinful nation. Hear the words:
“Thus saith the LORD, This city shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon’s army, which shall take it. Therefore the princes said unto the king, We beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt. Then Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king is not he that can do any thing against you. Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.” [Jeremiah 38:3-6]
The Jews are not going to listen to anybody tell them that their sins are gross — the greatest of which is that they slew the Son of God (see www.jewskilledjesus.com for more information on that grievous matter) — and that they are on a God-appointed path to complete destruction. Why would they listen to the likes of Secretary of State John Kerry tell them they’re on an unsustainable path — which will lead them to an apartheid state?
We at WBC love this simple reality. Just as the exemplars in Holy Scripture instruct us, the prophesied final destruction of the apostate Jewish nation and people is as certain to come to pass. No power — political, social, military, or otherwise — can convince these hard-hearted human beings to turn from the path of their own destruction.
But remember, a remnant of Jews will be spared — good figs — 144,000 of them. We at WBC love those Jews, because they will mourn their sins and the sins of their fathers and will declare the deity of Christ, their Messiah. What a cause for celebration that will be.
