Welcome friends, to another edition of WBC Video News. Many exciting events we can speak about on this weekend edition, but first let us tackle a question we get frequently via electronic communications and at our public preaching events.
The question goes something like this – after more than 20 years of public street preaching, web site publishing and a prolific FAX ministry, how long do you intend to keep doing this? Like all questions, this can be answered from scripture. For the answer, we turn to another public preacher, a watchman who was commanded by God Almighty to go to his generation and warn them, Isaiah.
“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed. Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land” (Isaiah 6:8-12).
So there you have it. A wonderful answer to the question how long. Until God says stop!!! That’s how long these words will be preached on the face of the earth, to gather up the sheep and allow the cup of this generation’s iniquity to fill. We’ll keep giving them to you as long as the Lord allows us, and we’ll keep answering this question the same way.
So let’s examine some of the events of the last week and how they should be viewed from scripture, how they function as warnings to you to turn from your sinful ways and repent, begging God for forgiveness of your sins. You’ve heard these warnings before, and you’ll hear them again.
You’ve got Kiev in flames, the whole of the Ukraine in chaos.
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet” (Matt. 24:6).
There is more of this to come, my friends. If you look at the global scene today, you have a decent chunk of the African continent embroiled in bloody warfare, the middle east in its constant roil and boil, and now Europe starting to heat up to the point of bloody conflict.
What is so intriguing about the Ukraine is how you flat earth society members are analyzing it. Here in the US, you have a group of people who stand peacefully on your streets every day, preaching reform, preaching an end to government oppression of speech, an end to government endorsed murder with your bloody wars and slaughter of the unborn, and you call us domestic terrorists and scream for our blood. You seek by every means you can to take our homes, our children, and our rights using the courts, police and violence.
In Kiev, you have real terrorists, raging mobs taking over government buildings by force, killing police officers, throwing gasoline bombs at them, and you have the audacity to scream that those police officers, who are trying to keep order and enforce the laws of their land, are committing crimes against humanity when they defend themselves with real bullets. Apparently in your world, police should respond to a person throwing a bottle full of burning gasoline at them by offering them a Kit Kat bar and a soft bath robe. This morning of course, we find that the coup has been completed and the president has been ousted. And for what? Because the rabble prefers the EU to Russia? You hypocrites scream about democracy, but you applaud and support the least democratic overthrows of government at every turn. The equivalent of this would be Texas finally telling you all to go to hell and declaring themselves an independent country again because they don’t like gun control and Obamacare.
This of course is symptomatic of your societal rot. You “call evil good, and good evil” you put “darkness for light, and light for darkness” and “bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter” (Isaiah 5:20). You cannot look at any event without warping it into something it isn’t, and this is part of the curse God has placed on you in punishment of your blasphemy and refusal to heed his Word. Every group of restless rebels that pops up you call “freedom fighters”, refusing to acknowledge authority and order in even the smallest of matters, because you will not have the man Jesus to rule over you, and therefore won’t recognize the least authority. It is a sad state of affairs, but alas must come to pass as the affairs of this world wind down and pave the way for the return of our King in power and glory.
In other news, California is drying up. You’ve heard me specifically speak to this judgment of God on previous occasions, with the clear warning this was going to get worse and worse. And here, once again, you have it. There is apparently so little water in California right now, that without a significant amount of snow or rain, somewhere close to 20% of the farmers and ranchers in the state will not get so much as a drop of water from Federally controlled sources. Analysts are predicting billions in losses and a drastic increase in the number of farmers and ranchers that will go bankrupt. This in turn could lead to significant food shortages next year as there is no food to harvest. At the same time, the Thames is turning London into an Olympic swimming venue, and the Northeast US continues to get foot after foot of snow. Here’s the reminder verse:
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness” (Romans 1:18).
The God of All Mercy and Creator of All Things controls these matters; He is master of the heavens, and is using His natural creation to punish His created beings. You scream and shout “God bless America”, not as a humble request for assistance and help from a merciful God, but as a command! You think you can command your creator to bless you and keep you when you will not bend the knee in obedience or perform the least of His commandments! How long will we tell you this? Until we no longer draw breath or you bend the knee! Which is more likely to come first?
Antichrist Obama, never one to let other news overshadow him, is making his own waves this week by entertaining the Dalai Llama, creating totally unnecessary tension with China. Of course you hypocrites think this is all good and well, that this heretical pagan Buddhist is treated as a state representative by the President who would be King; and just because he wasn’t given visitation in the Oval Office doesn’t lessen what Obama has done here. Imagine how you would receive the news that Chinese President Xi Jinping asked WBC to attend a state dinner and touted us as the last bastion of true principle and truth left in America. Your hypocrisy here would be funny if it weren’t so real. You worship these false gods, these men of power as though they were able to save your souls, and it will be your ultimate downfall.
You may be tired of hearing these warnings and our analysis of these signs of the times (Matt. 16:3), but we’re not even in the same universe as tired of delivering them to you. Because you need them, and it is our Christian duty to deliver them to you. You think death and taxes are the only constants you live under? Add warnings from your Maker delivered by His servants to that list.
When those warnings cease, so will this Earth. Hear the warnings Little Sheep and enter while there is yet room.
