No Fornication – The Standard Does Not Change

Keep Gods Law

I’m writing a story on a member’s open letter announcing that she’s leaving the Westboro Baptist Church. I wanted to reach out to you to see if the WBC had a comment on this. Thanks.

My comment is the same as what I tweeted today to her and others:  The standard of God has not changed, and will not change, to wit:  NO FORNICATION.

When a person decides in her heart that she wants to serve the world – whose chief attribute is proud, pervasive, in-God’s-face fornication – she gets a lot of unscriptural notions about God, her duty to God, and proud sin. All this chit-chat with the media (who do not watch for her soul or any other person in this nation) about doctrinal issues is so much rubbish and white noise.

NO FORNICATION. That is the standard her parents taught her. That is the standard her grandparents taught her.  That is the standard the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ (Westboro Baptist Church) taught her.  What kindness they showed her!

This applies to every young person who has the great privilege of growing up on the streets of Mt. Zion (Westboro Baptist Church), and comes to years and chooses to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a very short season rather than obey God.  Given the zeitgeist of proud sin that permeates the land, the miracle is the young people who do the opposite – who serve God, and reject the filthy manner of life of this nation.  That, my friend, is a story worth writing.

Thanks.
