Pastor.. I have heard your message in regard to the souls of all those lost in the 9/11 tragedy, as being cast into hell. My husband Robert, was killed in that tragedy. His entire life was lived for Christ, His Church. As a loving, devout Christian, Robert was a beautiful husband and father. My husband was such a spirit filled man in the purist way.. Christ was at the center of every action, thought and word of my
husband’s life, and yet he was taken from us on that fatefull day. You are wrong to say that he now resides in hell. My husband went straight up into the loving arms of a Father who had been the center of his life. Christ is at the center of my life, and I have never turned my back on Him in anger, but thank our Lord every day for the experience of a beautiful Christian marriage. Robert safely led 160 people from his company, out of the building to safety, on that day. He was the Fire Commissioner for our community, expert in Fire Safety Evacuation. On 9/11, Robert was in Tower II on the 91st Floor working for an engineering firm as a building procurement manager. He came out of the Tower twice only to go back up to save more people, knowing that he might die. There is no greater love than one who gives his life for a friend. With that I will state that there exists nothing more I can say to you…. I will now turn my thoughts,energies, prayers and petitions towards my Loving Father and Lord who listens with a Compassion that can only come from above. Amen You say that your husband feared God while he lived, but what objective evidence does the Scripture give to support your claim?
Your husband is dead; of course God killed him (He predestinated ALL things), and not to mention in a violent, frightening way by means of a huge building collapse. And He died with a lot of other people in that wicked city of New York, where there are no people who have ever come to show support for our cause. FYI- We have preached in New York state a grand total of 39 times in the past 20 years, the first trip including a Stonewall Fag Parade!
At WBC, we don’t care about all of the feelings people have about their dead “loved ones;” we look at evidence of salvation, of which there are two kinds: words and deeds. So, from what you have written here, I don’t have any of his words; but his deeds don’t include preaching against the sinful state of this godless nation. Did you know that there are 4,000 babies murdered every day in this country by unthankful mothers? Fags are marrying from coast to coast; adultery/fornication are the bread and butter of America. The incestuous/raping/lying preachers/priests/rabbis are to blame for the state of this nation. And God will destroy this nation for turning aside to worship the lusts of the flesh, the lusts of the eyes, and the PRIDE that this nation loves. They worship flags, pieces of cloth; statues of Mary; they worship a sissified, long-haired “Jesus.” That isn’t the invisible Almighty God that the Bible testifies of! Yikes!
And by the way, no man can “lay down their life for their friends” except Jesus Christ. That verse you are trying to apply DOES have meaning, and you are misusing it. The verse means that a sinless man can pay for the sins of other men (so those other men don’t go to Hell) when the man dies; who else but Christ is sinless? Nobody!
Your husband is dead, and you know why now: God did it. Your husband, by all outward appearance, died for the sins of this nation: that’s what the Bible says.
Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.
Your husband was not out on the streets preaching the truth of God like those at WBC; this nation needs the Word of God more than oxygen to breathe or water to drink! Hell awaits most of them!

You need to forget about your dead husband and turn to obey God for real; read the words, and ask for forgiveness of your sins, and obey Him. God is God; He is the omnipotent, the omnicompetent, the omniscient God who has laid out His standard for all humans to love and follow. He knows what is right, so you should listen to Him and us who are telling you about Him! Spewing a bunch of fraudulent lies about worshipping your dead husband, who “loved” Christ, when he clearly didn’t, will only add coals of fire on your head in Hell:
John 14:15- If ye love me, keep my commandments.
