This morning one of our representatives spoke with Lt. Surly Ass, PH: 402-###-####.  This contact was made because WBC will be picketing in connection with a soldier’s funeral at 72^nd and Cass in Omaha this Saturday, August 28, 2010, at 9:15 a.m.

 

Lt. Surly Ass did not know that Judge Kopf had entered a permanent injunction against application of the flag statute to our peaceful expressive use of the flag.  We offered to send him a copy of the final order; he declined.

 

Also, while we have learned that the Omaha Police Department will be providing an escort to members of the Patriot Guard Riders from a hotel where they are “staging,” to the church where they will be right out front before, during and after the funeral-in sharp contrast Lt. Surly Ass is being very arms length and noncommittal about providing some minimal preventive help to our group.  Of course, as we all know, the PGR is not in need of help from the police, because the public ire has not been stirred up against them by official acts and commentaries by Nebraska officials, and their message is wildly-popular compared to the great dislike of ours.  We would appreciate some assistance in ensuring prevention against those who disagree with us misbehaving during this picket.  We are there for a much shorter period than the PGR; there are usually way fewer of us. And there just doesn’t appear to be a good reason for this arms-length dealing with us, this unwillingness to just take plain clear steps to ensure there is a separation between the groups; a dead zone; and an adequate police presence to ensure people do not respond based on their dislike of our words with misconduct or criminal behavior.

 

Respectfully, the City (through the City Attorney’s office, at least, perhaps other offices) has a duty to provide adequate training to the officers about the permanent injunction, and about their duty to keep the peace with neutrality.  Please help us ensure this gap is closed for the Saturday picket.

I’ll respond to the several points you make in the order they’re made.

 

I have spoken to Lt. Surly Ass and his supervisor and they are fully aware of Judge Kopf’s permanent injunction.  Omaha police will, of course, comply with that order.  The Nebraska flag mutilation statute is unenforceable and will not be enforced. 

 

We are aware that members of the Patriot Guard Riders (a private group not associated with the City of Omaha) intend to participate in the funeral proceedings and we understand that participation is with the consent of the soldier’s family.  Their presence out front of the funeral is either at the invitation of the family or as part of the Patriot Guard members’ own exercise of their First Amendment rights.  We understand the Patriot Guard presence will involve a large number of motorcycles traveling to the funeral location and in the funeral procession.  This movement of these vehicles presents a traffic safety concern and Omaha police will assist with that movement only to prevent traffic safety problems.  The escort is provided solely to avoid congestion at controlled intersections, possible confusion among other drivers, and potential collisions.  The escort in no way endorses any viewpoint expressed by the Patriot Guard members.

 

The Police Department has no reason to believe anyone who disagrees with your views will misbehave or engage in violence.   Your previous protests in Omaha have occurred successfully and there is no reason anything different will occur on Saturday.  An adequate police presence will be available to meet the expected needs.  The Police Department has plans in place for handling threats to your members’ safety or the safety of people who might disagree with your members’ views.  The viewpoints expressed by these persons plays no role in the Department’s plans.    The Police Department does not believe it’s necessary to enforce any dead zone or separation.   If the situation at the funeral changes and your members believe a threat of imminent harm is present, they should contact any available police officer and appropriate, lawful, action will be taken.

After our e-mail exchange, our phone conversation, and other efforts by our members in communication with Omaha officials to urge the reasonable preventive strategy of a modest separation between our folks and the counter protesters-today at the picket this request was refused.  This was not good law; not good policy; and purely driven by pride.  I won’t elaborate all the details proving that is so; you all know them.  You know you just dug in out of anger in that community.

 

So this morning in Omaha, at 72nd & Cass, we were picketing away, making do with the situation as it was; watching the officers allow the counters to repeatedly right under their noses jostle our folks, slap their flags into our folks’ faces; verbally threaten our folks; try to block our folks; block the crosswalk; park their butts in the streets trying to block us; etc. 

 

(That silliness you guys put forth about “first come first serve” proved to be nonsense; we got there first; no one was on that corner when we set up; and another part of our group went catty-corner, and got there first; again, they encroached and forced themselves into the area where our folks were standing.  They have the right to the public sidewalk like we do; they do not have the right to come piling up around where we are already standing and you know it.  And they were stringing all the way from the church down toward Cass; many of them; they had plenty of space and were taking the majority of the space.  There was no good reason for not requiring them to be separate.  They would not be deprived of anything except the ability to harass us, which was their only goal and purpose, and the police could see it and knew it.  They had two corners of the intersection they could have used and they would have strung all up and down Cass and 72nd.  The police did this on purpose; don’t pretend otherwise.)

 

Next thing you know a guy comes by in a truck to spray a big bunch of pepper spray, intending to harm our folks.  One of our men saw him doing it, and told the officer standing next to him.  That officer crossed his arms and mockingly said, “I don’t see anything."  (We get that a lot.  Selective vision is a well-worn of false-hearted officers who don’t want to do their job according to their oaths, and who have unlawful animus towards our faith.)  A few seconds later, that same officer was hit with some of the pepper spray.  Perhaps he saw it then.

 

Another of our men saw the man spraying the pepper spray and quickly warned our folks; we used our signs as shields.  We, therefore, were unharmed by this criminal behavior.  The counters, on the other hand, were hit full blast, along with their children, and along with police, and the Time reporter and others there doing documentary work.  We had about five minutes left of our picket.  We finished our picket and left.  By the time we turned around a block or two up the road, to head back towards home, and passed the intersection again, there were emergency vehicles present treating these people.  I believe they caught the guy who did it, after our men told them what his vehicle looked like.  I think they arrested him, if I can believe the media reports I’m seeing which are quoting one of your officers.

 

Perhaps if the officers had not let their pride drive the train, the City would not now be facing ambulance bills and the potential liability that will likely result from you letting these guys pile up amongst us.  This created such chaos that the police were not able to keep an eye out; they could have spotted this guy like we did and warned the people and mitigated the harm.  Instead, their purposeful lawlessness encouraged this criminal conduct, and utterly disabled them from doing anything to protect those counters (whose criminal conduct they were lauding and encouraging).  That was NOT a good plan.

 

Some day perhaps we can have a conversation about a reasonable, proper way of managing these pickets.  In the past, Omaha police have kept a separation, at their instance and insistence.  They didn’t do it this time out of anger and pride.  Now you have a mess on your hands.  Hopefully the next time we picket in Omaha things will be handled differently.

My name is Eyes N. Mouth; whatever I see I must speak about truthfully. Putting this under the heading of petitioning my government for a redress of grievance, and some free and badly needed training, I write.

 

I told Lt. Surly Ass all the reasons why he should OBEY his oath and keep the peace and follow the SOP of 20 years that we have worked with the Omaha PD.  His hatred of God and his anger against God’s people kept his good sense from doing his job!

 

The last thing Lt. Surly Ass said to me when his Captain required that he call me to tell me the plan, (Lt. Surly Ass said he would NOT tell the plan, as he took the opportunity to let me know he was an angry, hostile, disobedient to his oath, rebel) was that he would KEEP THE PEACE and he would make sure that everyone OBEYED the law.  I told the Lt. that if he had just ONE OFFICER out there that told the rebels that they must be on one corner (ANY ONE THEY PICK) and that we would take another corner, just ONE officer that would man up and say - WE WILL OBEY, those rebels would have not committed a bunch more crimes against us that will now be charged against your state before God.  Further, you would not have about 19 injured rebels to your charge as well.  I gave Lt. Surly Ass ALL the reasons why he should OBEY his oath.  I even reminded him that if NO ONE was watching that scene on the ground, the Lord his God WAS watching and the heavenly hosts were watching!  It just made his rebellious nibs more angry. 

 

Further, you ALL owe George Vogel an apology!  You caused him to trust in a lie!  He thought if it was open season on WBC for the rest of you, it should be for him as well.  You know how it is with military-worshiping-thugs, they have cute phrases like collateral damage and acceptable losses.  WHY were those people out there that took the hit for his crimes not acceptable losses for the greater good of getting one over on WBC?  You have been up to this criminal activity in that department for over three years now.  Why now are you getting uppity with a brother?  Your double standards came back to bite you!

 

Lt. Surly Ass’ plan FAILED!  There is NO way for those officers to get even the 30 foot view with all that criminal activity going on.  They didn’t even see it coming!  Lt. Surly Ass did NOT make sure that everyone obeyed the law.  He did not.  When you set a thing in motion and you think that you can cause the people to think that it is open season on us, you are responsible for all that comes from that.  The officers in the Omaha Police Department are required to take an oath.  Lt. Surly Ass did not mean it when he took his oath.  He did not obey his oath.  He used his office to favor his religion of the sodomites over our religion.  That is a violation of his oath.  That is a violation of the laws of Doomed america.  The Omaha Police Department for more than three years has demonstrated that they have ZERO respect for the law of Doomed america.  So God has zero respect for you.  God caused your efforts to walk a tightrope whereby you let the people commit crimes against us, all the while hoping that their crimes won’t slop over onto the rest of your rebellious community, to FAIL!  You dummies in Omaha are messing with the WRONG GOD!  He gave His standards, and you have flipped Him off in that city for years.  Flagrant mocking and scoffing at His commandments to meet out justice according to the LAW of the land!  You brutes think you are a law unto yourselves.  Well, God is not mocked!  You have about 19 people that were standing all around us injured.  But we were not injured.  That is how God rolls!  We BELIEVE God, and God delivers us out of your criminal thug hands!  You should believe God!

I don’t know where the video came from.  It was taken from a vehicle parked at the Walgreen’s parking lot across the street.  But it wasn’t a police camera as there were no police parked there, and the video doesn’t contain a time stamp.

I’m with you, it was just a little pepper spray.  I have done chemical warfare and have been exposed to much worse.  I asked because the gentleman with the beard was hit directly.  The video shows him leaving abruptly after the pepper spray and making his way toward you.  Being that the attacker started while still south east of the group, and with the wind from the south east at 7about kts, and the intermittent spraying; it makes since that only half of the group was affected. The video clearly shows that.  I think it was physics that kept everyone else ok.

Hello again John.

The video was taken by one of our men.  We had asked the Omaha police department to keep a separation, for several days before the picket.  Inexplicably they were refusing, even though they had done so in the past.  (Actually I know why and it’s not really inexplicable, to wit: they were angry that our sister Shirley was released from the bonds of the criminal court; that we had wrought a great victory in that matter; and she was not having her children taken away or going to jail.  The whole state was heavily invested in that mischief against my beloved sister.  And they were still stinging under the federal court order that said they could not enforce the flag law against us.  They forgot their oath; all of them.  What a sorry stinking mess!)  So one of our men was sitting in the Walgreen’s parking lot in a van ready to scoop us up if trouble happened.  He was filming.  He took the video.  Great video too, I might add.

Why would you foolishly refuse to give God the glory?  That man wanted to harm 16 of us, to the applause and admiration of the counters; they would have cheered if it had hit us.  Instead, he hit 16 of them, including one of the police officers who had mere seconds before puffed out his chest against God-saying he was doing so as he did it.  This nation’s greatest sin-amidst many great sins-is its utter refusal to give God the glory.  This nation will worship ANYTHING but God.  An impotent rag-flag; mother nature; physics; their own private parts; their own empty heart; raping priests-you name it, they’ll worship it.  That is why this nation is doomed.  God said plainly he WILL NOT give His glory to another. 

God did that great thing on the corner of 72nd & Cass in Omaha.  Every nuance of the environment and any relevant physics; every person present; all created and planned down to the final hair by the Lord your God, to do this great work.  They meant to harm us; they were harmed instead.  What the video clearly shows is this great marine-one of your mighty men in this nation-took a giant industrial-sized can of deadly pepper spray, made not one–but two- attempts to harm the servants of God (including their children; after you hypocritical bastards tried to put Shirley on trial for child abuse); AND MISSED-INSTEADING HITTING THE INTERLOPING REBELS! 

No wonder this nation can’t win a war!   (I watched a documentary the other day with two arrogant asses who dropped the first bombs in Iraq bragging how great they were; while on the screen you saw the data showing they missed, and of the first fifty allegedly precision-sharp bomb drops by doomed-american soldiers in Iraq, zero hit the target; all missed.  Over 90% of the Iraqis killed by this cruel army-of-crybaby-criminals were civilians.  You grotesque vile vicious cretins!  You arrogant thugs couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn!  God did that to you!) My question is not of your theology, methods, or intentions. I am already doomed according to your signs (as I am in the U.S. Army) but I am really interested in learning about the future of WBC.

What is your legacy? What does WBC look like 20 years from now? Is the end already to have come by then? With difficult "recruitment/enlistment" into your church, is there biblical foundation for an organization like WBC to continue to minster? I genuinely ask this out of curiosity and not out of hostility.

I’ve also read via twitter, that if God loves me then I’ll repent? Is this something I should ask for? Will he grant me repentance if I sincerely seek it? Despite my tainted/sinful past is there any mercy?

You write like a person that is able to read.  You ask questions that you say are sincere.  If you are sincere and you are concerned about your never-dying soul, you would be into those scriptures and reading like your life depended upon it, because, it does.

Our legacy.  Yikes!  First, what do you care?!  Second, you already know.  Again, if you were sincere, you would have gotten into those scriptures and you would have your answer, but we will help.

Begin with fundamentals.  The Old Testament contains the blue prints, again and again for how God will deal with His creatures.  It is full of amazing and interesting words and writing styles of every kind.  We recommend that you read it!  And, as the song says, HEED IT!

God shows His servants, the prophets what He is going to do. 

“Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.” Amos 3:7

The scriptures are full of examples of God’s dealing with His creatures.  God does not change.  The earth will pass away, but not one word of scripture will pass away.  Everything that God has spoken will come to pass.

When you see WBC on your streets, you are seeing the last act of God’s compassion toward you.  There are two responses that the earth dwellers have to this compassion of God.  The typical response is to rebel even further, to be enraged and to fight against us for saying the words.  All of your deeds you engage in, are never going to stop us or hurt us, but they are in fact against your own souls! 

  “But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.” Proverbs 8:36

The other response is to repent. The men of Nineveh repented at the preaching of Jonah the prophet. That is a model of repentance and you should read the short and interesting book of Jonah.

And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because he had compassion on his people, and on his dwelling place: But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misused his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against his people, till there was no remedy.”

2 Chronicles 36:11-16

Doomed america has gone way past mocking, and you did that against your own interest.  That marine that sits in jail in Nebraska came out and would hurt 16 WBC faithful, standing, doing our duty, instead, he hurt 16 rebels and one rebellious cop! 

If this nation had read the words of God you would know that you will never hurt us or shut us up or stop us.  That is why your destruction is imminent!  

“For he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me.” Zechariah 2:8-9

“When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it. When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.”

Psalm 105:12-16 

As for our legacy!  Here it is:

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” Jeremiah 1:10 

“And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.”

Isaiah 6:9-10

How long will we do this?  The passage continues: 

“Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land.”

Isaiah 6:11-12

Utter, complete destruction.  It is imminent.  This land will sputter and shake and quake and vomit out the inhabitants.  You need to read Leviticus 18 to understand what you have done to defile the very land so that the very land will vomit you out!  You should believe God!  He does not change!  Doomed america is going down and it will be like as when a man flips over the plate and wipes it clean! 

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” Numbers 23:19 

For eyes on that destruction in these last hours of the last days of all, you need to read the words of Revelation 18. That first 3 verses are your current fall.  Your economic horrors that have had a global impact.  That has happened and now you are ready for that next part.  All roads lead to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).

That needs some serious reading.  Read the words and believe God!  You see, when God is ready to destroy a people, He gets His people OUT of the way.  When you see WBC leave, GET OUT!  WBC GO-TIME will be DOOMED aMERICA BLOW TIME, scripturally speaking.  Even as Noah got on the ark and the world perished in the flood.  Even as Lot left Sodom and the Cities of the plains perished in the fire from God out of heaven!  Even as Moses and the children of Israel left Egypt and God got His glory on them in sending them to that tip of the Red Sea where they were surrounded on three sides by the water and the ARMY of Egypt was on the 4^th side.  God opened the sea and they passed on DRY GROUND and Pharaoh and his army followed and they every last single man in the most powerful army in the world at that time perished in the bottom of the Red Sea!  Even as Isaiah preached to DOOMED Israel and Jeremiah preached to DOOMED Judah!  We preach to DOOMED america. 

Obama will be runnin and jumpin on his floating fat man Whitehouse called Air Force One!  He has a global kingdom to run and he will be so happy to be RID of arrogant, mob-rule, squally Doomed america!

So we will do our duty to this nation until our testimony is complete.

After that, Obama will have to deal with us on a global scale.  We will be pointing to that barren rock that used to be called Doomed america where now beasts and bitterns and owls inhabit the land, but not humans.  We will be saying - WE TOLD YOU that you must repent.  It will be a smoking, burning thing right up until the end. 

Then, the very land will drop like a huge millstone into the bottom of the ocean, never to be seen again.

That’s right.  The Beast, Antichrist Obama will land in hell, alive!  

That’s right.  WE will, the Lord willing, be in that army of Him that sat on the horse!  Our God has made us sufficient for these things.  NOT because we are so good, but because of HIS MERCY!  We are just the thankful and humble receivers of and third party beneficiaries of the Covenant that God wrought before the foundation of the world!  How thankful are we! 

You should believe and obey and repent! 

Finally, as for that repent question.  Here it is:

“Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die. None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.” Ezekiel 33:14-16

How great is that?  NONE OF HIS SINS!  You should believe God!  Don’t worry about us, we do believe, and if you had eyes to see, you would see that there are MORE that be with us, than with you.
