Ruby is in Hell, and here’s the proof -> nobody has ever threatened her life, liberty or property because she told her neighbors the truth about their duty to God.
She, like each of the other humans God placed on this earth, have a simple duty; i.e. take the talent or talents God gives you, and add thereto by loudly proclaiming His glory. Just read Matthew 25:14-30
Ruby had several talents which God gave her, but she wasted them, like the foolish virgins, also referenced in Matthew 25:1-13.
