(Reuters) – “A gunman opened fire on the Federal Building in Wheeling, West Virginia, on Wednesday, and the shooter has since died. The gunman fired more than 20 shots into the building in downtown Wheeling, the Intelligencer/Wheeling News-Register website said.”
