A 36-year-old woman collided with a 9-year-old boy when they careened down a pool slide. The boy surfaced but the woman never did. She died at the bottom of a 12-foot-deep public pool, and her decomposed body rose to the surface two days later. 24 state pools have been closed pending further investigation.
