News Flash: Cops are liars!
Cop claimed he was shot in the chest on January 19, 2011, while patrolling near a high school. Yesterday (1/27), he was arrested on a felony count of filing a false police report. Countless police hours have gone into finding the non-existent shooter. He likely shot himself, and God knows why!
