James Fuller, 63, was shot in Tucson last Saturday at Giffords’ “Congress on Your Corner”. Today, during a forum that was taped for a special edition of ABC’s “This Week”, he took a picture of a tea party leader and yelled “you’re dead”. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and threat charges. He is a naval air veteran!
